Role Description The Regional Recruiter for Northeast Recruitment will primarily be responsible for undergraduate student recruitment within the Northeast region including the New York metro area and New England. The Part Time Child Participant Assessors will have the opportunity to work on a NIMH-funded study, investigating the efficacy of the Building a Strong Identity and Coping Skills (BaSICS) program, which is a group-based, team-building coping and empowerment intervention developed specifically to meet the needs of youth growing up in poverty. This position will mainly be responsible for completing assessments with child participants, aged 11-14 within the Harrisburg and Hershey, PA areas. This position is responsible for working directly with children and their families to collect data. Key duties include preparing spaces for assessments, working with children and their families to review consent documents, working directly with children to collect various types of data, and maintain detailed records of data collection.
