Role Description As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Peratera, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle across the company - from proactive talent mapping and sourcing to closing. You will be the first dedicated TA hire, joining the Head of People to build a recruitment function that is data-informed, AI-assisted, and genuinely candidate-centric. You will recruit across both technical and business roles - covering engineering, product, compliance, operations, and commercial teams - often sourcing internationally across multiple markets. Role Description As a DevOps / SRE Engineer at Peratera, you will own the reliability and scalability of a live fintech platform processing real financial transactions. You will build and evolve our cloud infrastructure, implement end-to-end observability, and drive automation across deployment and operations - working closely with engineering teams to make systems more resilient, observable, and easy to operate. Role Description As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening and expanding our most strategic merchant relationships. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will ensure Peratera remains a trusted partner for high-value clients worldwide. You will own the full commercial lifecycle of your portfolio, driving retention and revenue growth while positioning Peratera as a market leader in the payments industry. What You’ll Do - Lead and nurture relationships with key merchants, serving as their primary senior advocate within Peratera. - Proactively engage merchants via email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings to meet and exceed revenue and retention KPI targets. - Represent Peratera at global industry events and conferences to build brand presence and network with key decision-makers. - Collaborate with the Sales team to close major international deals and accelerate go-to-market initiatives. - Support the onboarding process by overseeing the collection and pre-screening of due diligence documentation to ensure a smooth transition. - Monitor merchant activity and payment performance (success rates, conversion), turn data insights into actionable growth strategies. - Provide market insights and client-driven feedback to the Product and Tech teams to guide innovation and improve service delivery. - Own and drive high-priority merchant issues end-to-end, coordinating with Finance, Compliance, and Tech teams.
