Recruitment Team Leader – Talent Acquisition

• Lead, develop, and supervise the Recruitment & Selection team. • Define talent attraction strategies for operational, tactical, and strategic positions. • Lead high-volume hiring and strategic requisitions. • Build sourcing maps (target companies, profiles, and markets). • Manage Talent Acquisition KPIs and SLAs. • Monitor the team's productivity and performance on a daily basis. • Develop and upskill recruiters, promoting a high-performance culture. • Implement process improvements, automations, and AI-driven solutions. • Manage the ATS and other recruitment tools. • Partner with hiring managers to define optimal hiring strategies. • Participate in decisions related to team performance, development, and movements. • Design scalable processes to support company growth. • Use data and metrics to drive efficiency, predictability, and improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Experience leading Talent Acquisition or Recruitment & Selection teams.
  • Experience with strategic recruitment and high-volume hiring.
  • Experience managing recruitment indicators and metrics.
  • Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Experience with continuous process improvement and automation.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to recruitment.
  • Experience building sourcing strategies and market mapping.
  • Advanced or fluent English.

The Part Time Child Participant Assessors will have the opportunity to work on a NIMH-funded study, investigating the efficacy of the Building a Strong Identity and Coping Skills (BaSICS) program, which is a group-based, team-building coping and empowerment intervention developed specifically to meet the needs of youth growing up in poverty. This position will mainly be responsible for completing assessments with child participants, aged 11-14 within the Harrisburg and Hershey, PA areas. This position is responsible for working directly with children and their families to collect data. Key duties include preparing spaces for assessments, working with children and their families to review consent documents, working directly with children to collect various types of data, and maintain detailed records of data collection. The Child Participant Assessor plays a vital role in working with children and their families during the assessment process.
