Senior Director, Tax Planning

• Lead the development and execution of global tax planning strategies that support business transformation, growth initiatives, and evolving operating models • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on tax implications of key business decisions • Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Treasury, Corporate Development, and business leaders to embed tax considerations into strategic planning and execution • Support enterprise transformation initiatives to ensure tax efficiency and compliance • Provide tax leadership for expansion into new jurisdictions • Oversee global tax planning initiatives, including legal entity structures and cross-border transactions • Act as a key liaison with external advisors, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders • Drive continuous improvement in tax planning processes, analytical capabilities, and use of data and technology
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Master of Accountancy, Taxation emphasis strongly preferred
- CPA or equivalent professional certification highly preferred
- 13+ years of progressive experience in corporate tax, public accounting, or a combination of both
- Proven experience supporting large-scale business transformation, growth initiatives, and complex transactions in a multinational environment
- Deep knowledge of U.S. and international tax principles, including transfer pricing and cross-border tax planning
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, translate technical issues into business impact, and operate effectively in a fast-changing environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
