Role Description As a Lead UX UI Designer, you are a strategic authority in the practice. You drive the direction of the design discipline by solving the most complex, high-stakes business challenges for our customers. You lead by example, creating the standard-setting models for Agentic Experience (AX) that the rest of the practice follows. You bridge the gap between abstract AI capabilities and human-centric reality, ensuring that autonomous systems are not only functional but trustworthy and easy to govern. - Strategic Design Consulting: Partner with C-suite and senior stakeholders to translate complex, often ambiguous business requirements into governed Agentic Workflows. You act as the primary advisor on how AI should interact with users to drive business ROI. - Full-Cycle Design: Lead user research, business requirement gathering, ideation, user testing and end-to-end UI design for complex enterprise applications. - Architecting Agentic Interaction Models: Define the global "rules of engagement" for how AI agents behave. You design the oversight models, the reasoning transparency (explainability), and the "Human-in-the-loop" protocols for non-deterministic systems. - Building the "Design Workbench": Drive the evolution of our practice by building the agents and workflows that automate the manual parts of the design craft (e.g., agents that perform automated visual QA, accessibility audits, or generate UI variations based on a Design System). - Advanced Workshop Facilitation: Lead high-impact discovery and strategic alignment workshops. You move stakeholders beyond "feature requests" toward an Orchestrator Mindset, where they understand how to govern autonomous processes. - Design System Governance: Own the "Agent-Ready" standards for our Design Systems. You ensure components are built with the metadata and logical constraints that allow AI agents to assemble branded, accessible interfaces dynamically without breaking the "Gold Standard." - Practice Thought Leadership: Actively contribute to the internal and external design community. You define the benchmarks for AX quality and publish patterns that solve recurring problems across the practice. - Mentorship through Action: Foster the growth of more junior designers by modeling systemic thinking. You show them how to move from "designing screens" to "designing autonomous logic." Qualifications - Experience: 8–10+ years in UX/UI Design, with a significant track record in complex enterprise software and digital transformation. - Technical/Design Skills: Expert-level mastery of Figma and Design System architecture. Deep proficiency in Agentic UX patterns, conversational logic, and designing for AI transparency/trust. - Consulting Skills: Expert negotiation and influence. Proven ability to present complex architectural logic to non-technical executives and gain buy-in for strategic shifts. - Agentic Orchestration: Proven ability to leverage AI tools to automate design workflows and the "Builder of Builders" mindset to elevate the whole team’s efficiency. - Education/Certification: Portfolio demonstrating high-complexity enterprise problem solving. Advanced certifications in UX Strategy, AI-Human Interaction, or Service Design are highly valued. Requirements - Salary Range: $157,250 - $191,475 Base Salary. - Market Research: Industry reports, salary surveys, and online salary databases. - Company Performance: Financial performance, revenue growth, and budget allocation. - Job Requirements: Skills, experience, and qualifications necessary for the role. - Geographic Location: Cost of living, market conditions, and industry standards in our region. Benefits - A company at the vanguard of the agentic revolution, where we don’t just react to AI innovation—we architect it. - Real growth opportunities through structured programs designed to scale your expertise. - A global collective of world-class talent, collaborating with industry experts and mentors. - An inclusive culture where talented individuals from all backgrounds are empowered to learn, experiment, and make an impact.
