If you’re a Graphic Designer who can turn ideas, marketing angles, and insights into visually compelling designs that capture attention and drive results — you’ll fit right in. - Create high-volume thumbnail-style designs by combining and remixing images, visuals, and elements into compelling, scroll-stopping creatives with strong copy overlays. - Produce designs ensuring consistency in quality, creativity, and turnaround time. - Translate marketing angles and concepts into visually engaging thumbnails that capture attention and drive clicks. - Leverage AI tools (for image generation, variations, and ideation) to scale production efficiently while maintaining creative quality. - Maintain a strong eye for detail, composition, typography, and color, ensuring each design is aligned with campaign goals and brand direction. - Continuously experiment with different layouts, hooks, and visual styles to improve performance and engagement. - Collaborate with the marketing team to iterate designs quickly based on feedback and campaign needs. Qualifications - Proven experience in graphic design, digital content creation, or a similar role, preferably with high-volume output. - Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent tools. - Experience with AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, or others) for generating and iterating visuals. - Ability to create scroll-stopping, thumbnail-style designs with compelling copy overlays that drive engagement. - Exceptional eye for detail, composition, typography, and color. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and producing approximately 30 designs per day without compromising quality. - Creative thinker with the ability to translate marketing concepts into visually engaging designs. - Willingness to experiment with layouts, hooks, and visual styles to optimize performance. - Strong collaboration skills to work closely with marketing teams and iterate designs based on feedback.
