About the Position Were looking for a Senior Brand Designer to own Parafins visual identity across every surface: website, social media, blog, paid ads, video, events, and more. Youll be the creative force behind how Parafin looks and feels in the world. This role is about more than making things look good. Youll bring strategic thinking to brand consistency, help us scale our visual system, and collaborate across teams to produce high-quality work that reflects who we are and the mission were on. This role sits on the design team and partners closely with marketing to bring the brand to life. What You'll Be Doing: - Own and evolve Parafins visual identity, maintaining the brand system and building out templates and components. Maintain and scale a brand asset library and style guide so the whole company can stay on-brand. - Concept and execute marketing campaigns across web, social, paid ads, email, blog, and video, from initial idea to final delivery. - Design, build, and maintain website assets and pages, partnering with marketing and engineering to keep our web presence polished, modern, and up to date. - Art-direct and produce video and motion content for social, ads, and web: hands-on or through vendors. - Collaborate with the product design team to accurately represent and market our product, highlighting key features, maintaining visual consistency, and ensuring product visuals reflect the real experience we deliver. - Create event and office materials such as posters, signage, swag, and internal communications. - Proactively identify opportunities to improve how Parafin shows up in the market, finding gaps in the brand system and proposing how to fill them before being asked. What we're looking for: - 6+ years of visual/brand design experience - A versatile brand and graphic designer with a strong portfolio spanning digital and print. Comfortable working across mediums: web, social, print, environmental, and motion. - Experience owning a visual identity end-to-end, from brand strategy and ideation to execution and rollout. - Experience leading or contributing to a rebrand or brand refresh. - Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and AI tools in your design workflow. - Excellent typography, layout, and composition skills with a sharp eye for detail. - Familiarity with web design principles and asset handoff for digital production. - Autonomous enough to take a brief and run with it, and strong enough as a communicator to present and defend creative decisions to stakeholders. We Prefer If You Have: - Experience working on brand design in fintech, B2B SaaS, or financial services. - Motion design or animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, etc.). - Photography or art direction experience.
