Role Description Mission: Own and strengthen Rythm's relationship with its customers and community across social media, reviews, and public conversations while protecting and amplifying the Rythm brand voice. As a Social Engagement Specialist, you'll serve as the voice of Rythm across our public-facing channels. Role Description Rythm Health is looking for a Performance Ad Graphic Designer to own the visual side of our paid growth engine. You'll create static ad creative and landing pages that convert, working closely with growth and marketing to turn campaign briefs into assets that perform. This is a hands-on, high output role for someone who wants to see their work tested against real numbers every week. Role Description As our Senior Accountant, you’ll be at the center of Rythm’s growing finance function. Working closely with the Head of Finance and the founders, you’ll own core pieces of the close, keep our books accurate and GAAP-aligned, and help design the scalable, automated processes a fast-growing company needs. This is a high-ownership role with broad exposure across everything from journal entries to management reporting, and real influence over how accounting works at Rythm. What You'll Do - Own key areas of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, preparing complex journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. - Own assigned components of the balance sheet and income statement, including month-end review and monthly flux and variance analysis to identify key drivers and explain period-over-period changes. - Prepare GAAP-aligned financial statements and monthly reporting packages for the founders, board, and investors. - Manage and improve accounting processes across the general ledger, including revenue, accounts receivable, accruals, and inventory and COGS, performing quarterly reconciliation reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. GAAP and to resolve process gaps. - Research and document accounting conclusions in accordance with U.S. GAAP, applying sound judgment and company accounting policies. - Redesign and automate routine processes such as journal entries and reconciliations using AI tools, helping build scalable processes, internal controls, and documentation as Rythm grows. - Act as a business partner across Operations, Partnerships, Legal, and Product; support external audit and tax workstreams with our external CPA; and drive special projects from identification through implementation. Qualifications - 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally a mix of public accounting and high-growth startup or consumer subscription environments. - Strong command of U.S. GAAP, with the ability to research technical accounting questions and document conclusions clearly. - Track record of owning month-end close components, including journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analysis, with accuracy and speed. - Systems fluency: modern GL platforms and advanced Excel; SQL is a plus. - Fluency with AI tools. Requirements - Source and build prospect lists of creators aligned with Rythm's audience and content pillars. - Research and compile contact information for outreach. - Send and manage initial outreach and follow-up sequences. - Track and maintain creator pipeline stages across internal tracking systems. - Collect creator shipping addresses and onboarding information. - Send contracts and track signed agreements. - Add new creators to spreadsheets and internal systems. - Walk creators through whitelisting process and ensure ad account access is confirmed. - Follow up on outstanding permissions and troubleshoot any Meta whitelisting issues. - Ensure each creator is fully set up and ready before their first deliverable. - Coordinate kit shipments to creators and track delivery status. - Follow up on missing or delayed packages and manage inventory requests with the warehouse team. - Ensure all creator content is collected, organized, and uploaded in a timely manner to support the editing and paid social pipeline. - Request and follow up on content deliverables. - Update creator scorecards and maintain monthly performance reports. - Track spend, ROAS, and CPMs across the creator portfolio. - Flag performance trends and anomalies to the Head of Partnerships. - Serve as day-to-day point of contact for creators, agents, and managers. - Respond to creator questions, handle requests, and follow up on overdue deliverables. - Schedule calls and manage creator calendars. - Coordinate creator attendance and logistics for brand events and shoots. - Gather travel information and manage creator scheduling for activations. - Some travel required for brand events and creator activations. - Coordinate with the events team on creator attendance, logistics, and content needs. - Communicate with warehouse and customer support on creator-related needs.
