Role Description We're on the lookout for a Web Artist that can create next-gen web designs that are artistic, unique, and stylised, rather than modern, corporate, or traditional. Roles and Responsibilities - Design and develop visually stunning, artistic, and immersive website interfaces and layouts. - Conceptualize creative design directions that align with project goals and brand identity. - Collaborate closely with developers, illustrators, and creative directors to translate ideas into functional, interactive designs. - Create interactive elements, transitions, and animations to enhance user engagement and storytelling. - Maintain consistent visual quality and design cohesion across projects. - Explore and experiment with new styles, tools, and technologies to create unique design experiences. - Present design concepts clearly and communicate design rationale to team members and clients. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality goals. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative problem-solving. - Stay updated on design trends, web technologies, and artistic influences to bring fresh perspectives to the team. Qualifications - Excellent English and communication (written & verbal). - Passion for the web, design, and artistic experimentation. - Experience/skill/interest in designing unique, stylised, characterful, impactful, evocative, animated, artistic websites. - India based (remote). - Portfolio link (applications without a portfolio link will be disregarded). Requirements - Figma/Penpot experience. - Traditional art skills/interest. - Interaction design, animation/transition and motion design. - Client-facing communication skills (written & verbal), sales. After Effects and web design are a bonus. - Knowledge of PowerPoint/Google Slides (or equivalent). Requirements - Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing complete visual identity rollouts (must include logos, style guides, and printed corporate stationery). - Software Mastery: Expert-level command of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. - Technical Skill: Flawless eye for typography, layout hierarchy, and print production/prepress. - Availability: Must be able to start immediately upon successful interview.
