Role Description As the Senior Brand Designer, you'll play a key role in helping shape the future of personalized health. This isn't a production design role. We're looking for someone with a deep understanding of brand systems and visual identity who knows how to build consumer brands that are distinctive and instantly recognizable. You'll partner closely with leadership and Marketing to evolve every visual expression of Rythm, from typography to photography, illustration, and logo design. The ideal candidate has experience leading or contributing to major brand identity projects at a top branding agency or high-growth consumer company. You have exceptional taste, strong creative instincts, and an obsessive attention to detail. Most importantly, you understand how to build brands that people remember. What You’ll Do - Lead the evolution of Rythm's visual brand across every customer touchpoint. - Develop and refine brand systems, including typography, color palettes, photography direction, iconography, layout principles, and visual guidelines. - Create world-class creative assets across digital, web, social, print, packaging, events, and marketing campaigns. - Partner with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to ensure a consistent and elevated brand experience across every channel. - Establish and maintain scalable brand standards that enable the company to grow while remaining visually cohesive. - Art direct photoshoots and collaborate with photographers, videographers, illustrators, and other creative partners. - Explore new creative directions while maintaining a clear and recognizable brand identity. - Provide creative direction and feedback across internal and external design projects. - Stay current on emerging design trends while maintaining a timeless, premium aesthetic. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in brand design, visual identity, or creative direction. - Experience working at a leading branding agency and/or building consumer brands in-house. - An exceptional portfolio proving expertise in brand identity systems, typography, logo design, color, photography, and visual storytelling. - Deep understanding of typography, composition, color theory, photography direction, and brand systems. - Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. - Ability to think strategically while executing at an exceptionally high creative standard. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. - Passion for creating thoughtful, beautiful work that elevates every customer interaction. - Experience in consumer, wellness, healthcare, lifestyle, or technology brands is a plus.
