• Execute digital and print projects end-to-end, from concept through polished, production-ready output • Elevate Bounce's brand assets across digital platforms, offline, and in our physical stores • Hold visual consistency and brand integrity across every touchpoint • Partner with the team on brand strategy—how Bounce looks, feels, and shows up as we scale • Develop scalable visual identity systems, toolkits, and templates that help the whole team work faster and stay on-brand • Explore new tools and methods (including AI) and help define how they fit our creative process • Help raise the quality bar for the design team through your own work and your feedback • Give creative direction and mentorship that helps more junior designers grow • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and ops to turn business goals into strong design outcomes

• Drive Bounce’s growth by expanding our partner network on the ground across North America, identifying and closing supply gaps in key cities • Prospect new clients through in-person visits, field outreach, cold calls, and emails • Leverage provided leads while also generating your own through market research, networking, and local relationship-building. • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery meetings, pitching, closing, account setup, and onboarding

• Build and run recruiting strategies. • Source candidates proactively. • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and create an effective hiring plan. • Own the full recruitment cycle. • Spot process inefficiencies and improve them.

• You will grow Bounce’s network and close supply gaps • You will be expected to cold call, email, and outreach to prospective clients • Work closely with your manager to identify areas for expansion • You are supplied with leads every month, but you are expected to deliver your own leads • You are responsible for the full cycle of the sales from discovery call, sales pitch, close, creating the account, to onboarding the partner

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic account targeting • Identify and engage key decision-makers within banks, credit unions, fintechs, and lending organizations • Conduct discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and executive-level presentations • Develop account strategies that align customer challenges with Bounce's solutions • Navigate complex sales cycles involving Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Procurement, and Executive stakeholders • Partner closely with Product, Operations, Legal, and Customer Success teams throughout the sales process • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking within CRM systems • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory developments, and market dynamics impacting financial institutions • Represent Bounce at conferences, industry events, and customer meetings

• Use Figma and AI tools to communicate and validate design decisions • Contribute to the UX of Bounce's consumer-facing product across web and mobile • Help maintain and extend Bounce's design system, ensuring consistency across surfaces • Participate in user interviews, usability tests, and research sessions • Understand how users interact with current flows and where pain points exist through quantitative and qualitative data • Contribute to competitive research and stay curious about how leading consumer products solve similar problems • Work closely with product managers to understand problem framing, constraints, and success metrics before jumping into design • Partner with engineers to understand technical constraints and ensure design feasibility • Present your work in design jam sessions, and articulate the reasoning behind your decisions

• Obtain and maintain all required state, local, and municipal licenses and permits necessary for Bounce to conduct debt recovery operations across its operating footprint. • Complete and submit new, renewal, amendment, and surrender filings across all jurisdictions, including via NMLS where applicable. • Conduct licensing and regulatory research to assess jurisdiction requirements and monitor changes in applicable law. • Maintain an organized licensing system, including certificate tracking, expiration monitoring, and regulatory correspondence. • Coordinate with executive officers and relevant stakeholders on fingerprinting, background checks, and other requirements tied to license filings. • Support compliance monitoring activities and assist in documenting and communicating results to management. • Assist with annual report filings, surety bond management, and other administrative compliance tasks as assigned. • Participate in state examinations and regulatory audits, as needed.

• Own the end-to-end DSC operational process • Monitor and improve key DSC performance metrics • Partner closely with creditor and DSC partners • Manage staffing requirements for the DSC segment • Develop, document, and continuously refine DSC-specific playbooks • Build and maintain DSC performance dashboards • Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Product, and Account Management • Identify automation and technology opportunities in the DSC workflow • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on DSC operations

• Own end-to-end legal recovery strategy — from account placement and attorney onboarding through litigation management, judgment enforcement, and post-judgment collections — ensuring consistent, compliant, and high-performing outcomes across all partner portfolios. • Manage and develop relationships with external law firm partners and litigation vendors, including performance monitoring, SLA accountability, fee negotiation, and ongoing quality review. • Drive strategy development and continuous optimization of legal channel segmentation, placement decisioning, and recovery prioritization while leveraging data and analytics to maximize net recovery outcomes. • Monitor and analyze legal recovery performance metrics including liquidation rates, cost-per-dollar-recovered, judgment conversion rates, and portfolio aging. • Deliver regular reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership. • Ensure strict compliance with applicable federal and state laws governing legal collections, including FDCPA, UDAAP, Fair Lending, and state-specific litigation and garnishment rules; proactively identify and remediate compliance risks. • Partner cross-functionally with Compliance, Finance, Product, and Recovery Operations to support audit readiness, regulatory exams, and ongoing governance requirements for the legal recovery channel. • Develop and maintain documentation, controls, policies, and playbooks for all legal recovery processes. • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for legal recovery strategy and execution. • Collaborate with the SVP of Recovery Operations and senior leadership on multi-year legal recovery roadmap development, benchmarking, and strategic planning. • Support RFP responses and partner onboarding efforts that involve legal recovery channel capabilities.

• Partner with Product, Design, and Growth teams to shape strategic initiatives with sharp user insights • Plan and execute qualitative and mixed-methods research to answer critical product questions • Coach Designers on research best practices to empower more impactful, scalable research across the org • Identify gaps in our current research ops and improve tooling, workflows, and documentation • Champion a culture of learning, helping us stay close to our customers and move with confidence
