• Provide frontline monitoring, triage, and escalation using monitoring tools (SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, etc.) • Monitor (SolarWinds) dashboards and validate alerts • Follow runbooks for initial troubleshooting • Create accurate incident tickets • Support Tier 2 escalations
Job Requirements
- 1–2+ years IT support or operations
- Familiarity with SolarWinds
- Familiarity with IT Ticketing Systems (Ivanti, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Preferred: ITIL Foundation, Network+
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, reliable
