• Serve as the primary systems manager for the Customer Relationship Management platform and corresponding applications • Facilitate and translate business requirements into technical requirements to guide the implementation of new features, systems, and enhancements • Work with vendors to ensure the system solution satisfies business requirements • Act as a technical focal point for the business in the presentation of the new system/application • Lead design sessions in prototyping new system or functionality for the purpose of enhancing business processes

• Provide frontline monitoring, triage, and escalation using monitoring tools (SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, etc.) • Monitor (SolarWinds) dashboards and validate alerts • Follow runbooks for initial troubleshooting • Create accurate incident tickets • Support Tier 2 escalations

Role Description Supports the mortgage lending process by completing loan applications, submitting files to processing, and delivering exceptional customer service. Works closely with Senior Mortgage Loan Officers and Sales Managers to create a business plan and build referral sources. Position Accountabilities - Completes telephone, mail-away and face-to-face Loan Applications with clients and approves loan disclosures for distribution to clients. All required fields in the application to be completed including all third-party information prior to approval. - Determines proper program placement of a loan file (i.e. FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, etc.). - Prices loans and locks rates as per Company policy. - Reviews returned applications and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. - Runs AUS and reviews for findings and required documentation. - Prepares requested Pre-Qualifications as per Company policy. Orders credit reports, appraisals and title requests. Conducts regular follow-ups with clients and referral sources. - Maintains regular communication with applicants throughout the processing period, assisting them with any questions and notifying them of any additional information required. - Submits loan file allowing for stated turn times and works in conjunction with assigned Processor. - Maintains pipeline of all loans in process, tracks their progress and meets all contractual deadlines. - Assists all parties including the Processor during the entire process. - Meets or exceeds minimum production requirements. - Attends all settlements to gain exposure to the full loan life cycle. - Completes annual Business Plan and meets regularly with Sales Manager. - Stays informed of local market trends and mortgage regulations. - Maintain a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures. Qualifications - 0-2 years of mortgage or financial services experience preferred, or industry equivalent if Sales Manager deems history acceptable. - NMLS registration required. • This position is responsible for understanding the products and processes of the E-Channel, including all Atlantic Union Bank’s online banking platforms, bill pay and maintenance, mobile products and services, online chat and secure email, unsecure email, and other online customer utilization. • Work is varied in nature with changing priorities. • Effectively assist customers with E-Channel needs through various inbound methods, including inbound calls, secure and non-secure email, and online chat. • Provide exemplary service and tact through verbal and non-verbal communications with a special emphasis on written communication in email and chat form. • Handle all questions and inquiries through these channels, including questions related to loans, deposits, and maintenance. • Conduct research as needed regarding bill pay and online channel customer issues. • Handle escalated and next tier calls related to e-channel questions, including browser incompatibility and password resets and lockouts. • Able to support service related social media questions and concerns and moderation. • Participation in rotation of afterhours and on call support for the bank’s Social Media efforts. • Efficiently refer sales opportunities seamlessly to Sales & Service Representatives within the Customer Contact Center. • Maintain a strong understanding of Atlantic Union Bank’s Digital products and services, and stay abreast of changes and enhancements. • Provide support to inbound call queue for general customer questions and concerns. • Proactively analyze callers’ needs. • Use standard screens and procedures to handle callers’ needs effectively and when necessary go beyond these standard methods to resolve customer issues. • Navigate a computerized system to address and resolve callers’ needs. • Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations, including compliance with Atlantic Union Bankshares’ BSA/AML Policy and Procedures. • Other duties as assigned.

• Provide direct support to the Business Banking client around onboarding, sales and service, and ongoing client relationship management • Develop and facilitate the client’s engagement through managing customer relationships, customer service interaction, credit, deposit, and treasury service processes • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the RSI and RSII roles • Coordinate client sales and service execution with Business Banking Teams and partner groups • Ensure that daily incoming customer requests, inquiries and escalated issues are solved in a consistent, professional manner • Perform necessary research and maintenance to provide or facilitate solutions • Serve as backup to other Relationship Specialists as needed • Research, troubleshoot and solve customer issues and communicate “best practices” for consistent solutions • Facilitate reporting for Business Banking teams and stakeholders • Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations • Facilitate new account deposit openings and manage the cross-sell implementation of all related product set-ups • Actively manage overdrafts, unposted items, and loan payment issues needing correction • Manage the communication and documentation of all policies and procedures • Create common knowledge within teams and consistent execution of Business Banking customer service procedures • Open Business Banking deposit accounts according to guidelines and procedures • Facilitate cross-sell of related products with new deposit openings • Partner with Relationship Managers to coordinate the set-up and onboarding of Treasury products • Prepare tickets, OTEs, and/or wire transfers as needed • Mentor, coach, and train new and existing Relationship Specialists

• Responsible for providing an independent perspective in underwriting and managing complex Wholesale Banking loans and relationships up to the bank’s legal lending limit • Partners with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, Credit Portfolio Managers, and the Credit Portfolio Management Team Leader in delivering credit solutions through: underwriting, portfolio management, deal team management, and extensive internal and external client interaction • Expected to be a subject matter expert (SME) in the respective portfolio and shall adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines • Participates or leads client calls with Relationship Manager for in-depth financial questions, deal information, collection of financial statements, and other portfolio management requirements • Leads the independent underwriting process for new and renewal opportunities for clients and prospects within an assigned portfolio • Manages assigned portfolio by proactively monitoring performance and trends, ensuring risk rating integrity, ensuring timely compliance with all covenants, identifies issues and suggests remediation solutions, and assists with compliance and regulatory reviews
