Paid Media Analyst, Mid/Senior

• Plan, execute and optimize paid media campaigns for clients across different industries; • Develop performance-focused strategies aimed at lead generation, sales and branding; • Manage campaigns across multiple media platforms; • Analyze performance and recommend continuous optimizations based on key performance indicators; • Prepare reports and presentations with strategic insights for clients and internal teams; • Define and track KPIs; • Support the development of media plans and allocation of budget; • Collaborate with Account Management, BI, Content, SEO, CRM and Creative teams to ensure integrated campaigns; • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve campaigns; • Stay up to date with trends, platform updates and new digital media opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns at an advertising or digital marketing agency;
- Proficiency in major media platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads;
- Experience in strategic planning, operation and optimization of campaigns with various objectives;
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make performance-based decisions;
- Experience controlling and optimizing media spend;
- Knowledge of measurement and attribution methodologies for campaigns;
- Comfortable presenting results and defending strategies to clients;
- Organized, proactive and able to manage priorities effectively;
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) – a plus;
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) – a plus.
