Corporate Relocation-Mobility Advisor Remote Canada Act as the single point of coordination for relocation services to transferees based on the client's relocation policy. Services and related benefit consultation provided by the Mobility Advisor may include home marketing, home sale, home purchase, temporary or rental home finding, lease cancellation, and household goods movement. The Mobility Advisor works in the best interest of the transferee and client with the highest commitment to outstanding service and delivering an exceptional experience to the transferring employee. Key Responsibilities: - Contact the relocating employee to review policy for services authorized by the client - Perform a "needs assessment" for each relocating employee to assist in coordinating authorized services - Manage all exceptions and maintain communication with the corporate client on transferee issues, resolution, policy administration and ideas for improvement. This function may also include quarterly and year-to-date reports, and daily or weekly contact with the corporate client - Follow up with suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services resulting in the best experience possible - Coordinate origin home sale closing dates, temporary housing needs, and home purchase closing dates - Effectively communicate and manage caseload maximizing efficiency while connecting with each transferring employee - Complete required audits to ensure compliance with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) guidelines - Manage Canadian home sale programs, specifically Buyer Value Option (BVO) and Guaranteed Buyout Option (GBO) - Evaluate offers and manage transactions in accordance with applicable provincial real estate regulations - Ensure tax compliance with CRA guidelines and cost-effectiveness - Arrange home appraisals in compliance with Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP) - Present guaranteed buyout offers in accordance with Canadian market standards - Manage vendor relationships including Canadian real estate agents, appraisers, and provincial real estate boards - Ensure integrity of all data for each assignment in the Bristol system and understand ramifications to other departments if data is missing - Assist other Mobility Advisors, attending team meetings, ongoing training, client presentations and general assistance when needed Requirements Experience - 2-4 years of experience in corporate relocation, real estate, or a related field - Experience working with Canadian real estate transactions and provincial regulations - Familiarity with Canadian home sale programs Knowledge & Skills - Working knowledge of Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) guidelines as they relate to employee relocation and taxable benefits - Knowledge of Canadian real estate market conditions and trends - Understanding of corporate relocation policy administration Competencies - Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously - High attention to detail and data integrity Preferred Qualifications - Bilingual in English and French) - Relocation Professional (CRP) designation or willingness to obtain - Knowledge of cross-border relocation processes Benefits - Enhanced vacation package designed to support work-life balance - Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits - RRSP with company matching - life insurance for self and dependents - Tuition reimbursement - Employee assistance program - Short and Long term disability

This function includes data entry into the Bristol Elite system, communication with clients, vendors, and mobility advisors regarding issues, corrections, or concerns related to incoming expenses. • Preparation of accurate payroll reporting for clients which may or may not include gross-up calculations. These reports happen per a schedule determined by the client. This function also includes quarterly reconciliation reports and year end reconciliation reporting along with Relocation Tax Report preparation and distribution. • Additional expense reporting based on the clients requests during the year. This function can include pre-determined scheduled reporting, one-time ad-hoc report requests, and quarterly, semi-annual, or annual client review meetings preparation and attendance. • Assisting clients, vendors, and other Bristol staff in understanding or explaining gross-up policies, expense taxability per IRS rules and regulations, management report requests, and other duties or requests deemed appropriate by management.
