Role Description As the Ads Senior Sales Partner in Australia, you will play a key role in developing and executing our sales strategy for the Australian market. This is a highly strategic, client-facing role that requires exceptional relationship management, business acumen, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable growth strategies. You will engage directly with C-suite and senior decision makers at major advertisers and agencies, influencing how the country’s most iconic brands invest in premium streaming environments. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem, an extensive network of industry relationships, and a proven track record of delivering revenue growth. As this is a senior role, you will be expected to: - Develop and drive long-term business strategies. - Build and maintain partnerships with top industry leaders. - Proactively identify and define key business challenges to deliver effective solutions. • Promote and educate our partners (integrators, distributors, consultants, & end-users) on the benefits of using IP based video cameras, intercoms, access control, and audio products • Develop and maintain open, fluid communications with our partners and new prospects • Arrange and execute site visits & meetings to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, lunch & learns and educational speaking seminars • Work cohesively with Axis Communication’s Application Development Partners • Recommend products and solutions that solve end customers problems • Attend and participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academy trainings, webinars, and other promotional sales activities • Track and follow up on opportunities via Salesforce • Perform job walks and develop system designs and BOM’s • Complete other related duties as assigned
