Regional Sales Manager
Axis Communications
• Promote and educate our partners (integrators, distributors, consultants, & end-users) on the benefits of using IP based video cameras, intercoms, access control, and audio products • Develop and maintain open, fluid communications with our partners and new prospects • Arrange and execute site visits & meetings to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, lunch & learns and educational speaking seminars • Work cohesively with Axis Communication’s Application Development Partners • Recommend products and solutions that solve end customers problems • Attend and participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academy trainings, webinars, and other promotional sales activities • Track and follow up on opportunities via Salesforce • Perform job walks and develop system designs and BOM’s • Complete other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Highly motivate sales individual with strong selling skills

- Proven aptitude to learn, understand, and education others on technology based networked products & solutions
- Ability to tailor presentations to meet specific customer needs
- Public speaking and professional presentation skills
- Multi-tasking and time management skills
- Experience in managing opportunities via Salesforce or other CRM solutions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent electronic trade training
- 4+ years in sales driven position
- Strong technical background
- Fluent in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in CRM solutions
