Sales Associate

• Own end-to-end coordination of PEO RFP responses, including gathering census data, plan design details, pricing inputs, and compliance requirements • Ensure all RFP submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered on time • Act as the primary liaison between sales and underwriting to ensure clean, complete submissions • Prepare and assemble PEO closing kits, including service agreements, census data, and required compliance documentation • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (Salesforce) including deal stage, notes, next steps, and documentation • Serve as the central point of coordination across Sales, Underwriting, Benefits, Legal, Implementation
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in complex B2B sales support
- Experience managing multi-step complex deal cycles (preferred: RFPs and underwriting processes)
- Preferred understanding of: Employee benefits, Payroll data, Risk/underwriting workflows
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel (data validation), and presentation tools
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users on IP Video and Axis cameras • Maintain relations with prospects and current customers • Execute site visits to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, seminars • Work with Application Development Partners • Recommend camera solutions and product comparisons • Participate in trade shows, webinars and promotional sales activities • Prepare weekly sales reports
• Promote and educate our partners (integrators, distributors, consultants, & end-users) on the benefits of using IP based video cameras, intercoms, access control, and audio products • Develop and maintain open, fluid communications with our partners and new prospects • Arrange and execute site visits & meetings to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, lunch & learns and educational speaking seminars • Work cohesively with Axis Communication’s Application Development Partners • Recommend products and solutions that solve end customers problems • Attend and participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academy trainings, webinars, and other promotional sales activities • Track and follow up on opportunities via Salesforce • Perform job walks and develop system designs and BOM’s • Complete other related duties as assigned
