• Evoluir modelos avançados de previsão de demanda, garantindo precisão, confiabilidade e escalabilidade para apoiar decisões relacionadas à gestão de produtos perecíveis; • Atuar em todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento dos modelos, desde a exploração dos dados até validação, implantação, monitoramento e evolução contínua em produção; • Desenvolver soluções capazes de transformar previsões de demanda em recomendações inteligentes de compra, ampliando continuamente as capacidades de Decision Intelligence da plataforma; • Traduzir problemas complexos de negócio em modelos quantitativos robustos, conciliando rigor estatístico e aplicação prática; • Garantir a qualidade, escalabilidade e governança dos modelos em produção utilizando Databricks e seu ecossistema; • Colaborar diretamente com o CTO e com o time de Produto na evolução das soluções de Ciência de Dados da empresa.

Job Requirements

  • Experiência sólida em Ciência de Dados aplicada à resolução de problemas complexos de negócio;
  • Experiência no desenvolvimento, evolução e implantação de modelos de previsão de demanda utilizando séries temporais em ambientes produtivos;
  • Domínio de Estatística, Probabilidade, Modelagem Quantitativa e Álgebra Linear aplicadas à resolução de problemas complexos de negócio;
  • Domínio avançado de Python para desenvolvimento de modelos, engenharia de features, validação, deploy e monitoramento em produção;
  • Experiência com Databricks e seu ecossistema, incluindo Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog e pipelines de Machine Learning;
  • Inglês avançado para interação frequente com equipes internacionais.

Role Description Looking for Philippines-based candidates Job Role: Construction Estimator / Quantity Surveyor Compensation range: $1,800 AUD - $2,200 AUD / Monthly Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time. Due to continued growth, the team is seeking an experienced, detail-driven Construction Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of core estimating outputs across bespoke new builds and major renovations valued between $1.5M – $10M AUD. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders (Contract Administrators, Project Managers, and site leadership), along with leading architects and consultants, helping the business price accurately, present clearly, and make confident early-stage decisions. Key Responsibilities - Complete detailed quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and services documentation. - Build and maintain trade-based estimates (labour, materials, plant) aligned with company templates. - Prepare and issue RFQ packages, scope sheets, and tender queries to subcontractors and suppliers. - Review and level subcontractor quotes, identify scope gaps, and produce comparisons and recommendations. - Assist with value management options and alternatives (rate-based and clearly explained). - Produce accurate internal reports including cost plans, estimate summaries, allowances, exclusions, and risk notes. - Maintain and continuously improve the company price list and rate library. - Provide clear, concise responses to project teams to keep procurement and decision-making progressing efficiently. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years’ experience estimating for high-end residential and/or commercial fit-out projects. - Strong proficiency in Cubit (required) and confidence working from detailed consultant documentation sets. - High attention to detail with strong commercial judgement (scope gaps, exclusions, allowances, and risk). - Excellent written communication, able to explain pricing logic clearly and confidently. - Comfortable working remotely with a Sydney-based team. - Strong Excel skills; experience with Bluebeam, Planswift, or similar tools is beneficial. Strategic Documentation and Analysis - Support development and iteration of strategic documents including architecture specifications, integration requirements, and hiring job descriptions. - Shepherd the creation of visual representations for complex systems, integration flows, and organizational structures. - Synthesize technical specifications, vendor proposals, and evaluation frameworks for decision-making. - Document strategic decisions, rationale, and implementation plans.
