Role Description The Scientist Biocompatibility functions as a key team member by energetically supporting the goals of Depuy Synthes Toxicology & Biocompatibility. The Scientist collaborates with associates of diverse technical backgrounds and efficiently executes the biological safety evaluation of medical device products as per internal procedures and global standards and regulations. This person is responsible for planning and execution of in vitro and in vivo biocompatibility evaluations and ensures that products meet the requirements of biological safety according to relevant standards and regulations. Role Description The Data Strategic and Operational Advisor will provide executive-level support across strategic coordination, operational execution, program and project management, and cross-functional initiative alignment. Executive Operations and Coordination - Synthesize information across the Data and Technology organization (Data Foundry, Data Products, Data Intelligence teams) and present high-level digests to the Vice President, Data Operations and Technology Officer. - Identify emerging operational bottlenecks and flag them proactively for resolution. - Coordinate cross-team dependencies and track resolution status against commitments. - Prepare meeting agendas, briefing documents, and decision-ready summaries. - Support operational coordination and stakeholder alignment on strategic initiatives.
