• Provide technical leadership for the company's technology function • Drive the evolution of the platform architecture, stability, and scalability • Lead technical decisions related to scraping, infrastructure, data, and back-end • Support the development of the technical team and the evolution of operations • Actively participate in development, troubleshooting, and critical stack decisions • Establish processes, best practices, and technical organization for the area • Work closely with the founders/partners on technology-related decisions and business growth.

• Develop and enhance full-stack applications with a focus on stability, performance, and scalability; • Define and maintain software architectures, supporting technical decisions and engineering standards; • Build and consume APIs, ensuring efficient integration between systems; • Work in a cloud environment (AWS), contributing to application reliability and availability; • Ensure quality through coding best practices, testing, and technical reviews; • Analyze and optimize application performance and efficiency; • Operate with technical autonomy to resolve issues and evolve solutions; • Collaborate with technology and product teams in a distributed environment; • Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and practices.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from aligning candidate profiles with hiring managers through to the completion of hiring • Act as a consultative partner to leadership, supporting the definition of requirements, seniority levels, and attraction strategies • Manage multiple openings simultaneously, ensuring organization, steady progress, and visibility across processes • Conduct active talent sourcing (hunting) and market mapping for strategic or hard-to-fill positions • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, stage conversion rates, and shortlist quality • Support data-driven decision making by providing analyses and recommendations on recruitment processes

• Develop, maintain, and evolve scalable data pipelines using Airflow as the primary orchestration tool; • Build robust integrations across multiple data sources, ensuring consistency, auditability, and data quality; • Work on data modeling and transformations for analytical and operational layers; • Ensure stability and observability of critical pipelines, reducing incidents and increasing platform reliability; • Contribute best practices for versioning, automation, testing, and architectural standards; • Collaborate with Software Engineering, Architecture, Product, and business teams to prioritize and deliver requirements; • Participate in technical decisions that impact the evolution of the data architecture; • Support the modernization of legacy processes and the continuous improvement of the platform.

• Develop backend applications using C# and .NET for strategic projects and products • Build and evolve APIs following the REST standard • Work on the architecture and maintenance of microservices • Participate in migration and modernization of legacy systems • Work with containers and deployment best practices • Work with relational and NoSQL databases in transactional environments • Ensure code quality and organization using principles such as Clean Code, SOLID, and design patterns • Participate in agile ceremonies and technical discussions • Contribute to versioning practices, CI/CD, and automated testing • Maintain and evolve code in a clean, efficient, and sustainable manner

• Direct involvement in the administration and maintenance of systems infrastructure, with a focus on reliability, security and operational efficiency in a distributed environment with international integration. • Administration of Windows and Linux environments, including maintenance routines, performance tuning and security tasks; • Identity, access and policy management (Active Directory); • Operation and support of AWS environments; • Network infrastructure management (firewalls, VPNs, switches, links and connectivity); • Administration of essential services such as DNS, DHCP, web servers and file servers; • Execution, validation and periodic testing of backups and recovery procedures; • Infrastructure monitoring, incident response and troubleshooting; • Root cause analysis and implementation of fixes and improvements; • Organization and maintenance of technical documentation and operational standards; • Participation in on-call shifts/standby duty, when required.
