Role Description The Sr. Manager, Product Solutions Group will be responsible for the following: - Cloud Architecture & Availability (40%) - Lead the design and implementation of secure, highly available cloud solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure; Architect systems that minimize downtime, support scalability, and align with organizational and business objectives. - Secure Deployment Automation (CI/CD) (5%) - Develop and maintain secure Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate software build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring software updates are released safely, consistently, and efficiently. - Identity, Access Management & Compliance (15%) - Enforce security best practices and compliance standards by implementing robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, applying least privilege access controls, and conducting regular security audits to prevent unauthorized access. - Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (10%) - Orchestrate secure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles with tools such as Terraform and AWS CloudFormation; Develop reusable templates and modules that reduce manual configuration errors and standardize infrastructure deployment. - Network Security & Monitoring (10%) - Design secure networking architectures by segmenting networks based on functionality, enabling detailed traffic logging and monitoring, implementing load balancing, and ensuring secure communication through protected endpoints. - Perimeter & Application Protection (5%) - Deploy and manage flexible front end firewalls to safeguard all incoming application traffic and protect systems from external threats. - Secrets Management (10%) - Minimize application vulnerabilities by eliminating hard coded configuration files and securely storing secrets and credentials in centralized vault solutions. - Data Protection & Encryption (5%) - Ensure that all secrets and sensitive information are encrypted both in transit and at rest to safeguard business and client data. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related field. - 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, Architect Manager, or in a related/similar position. - 5 years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure, and DevOps. - 3 years of experience in AWS Cloud environment configurations; DevOps and CI/CD pipelines; and cloud architecture and solution design. - 1 year of experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Terraform, Cloud Formation; and working with data structures including SQL, AWS Glue, and Python. Requirements - Telecommute role, may work remotely from anywhere in the US. - In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience, employer will accept a Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in the fields stated above and 3 years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure, and DevOps. - 1 year of experience in AWS Cloud environment configurations; DevOps and CI/CD pipelines; and cloud architecture and solution design. - 6 months of experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Terraform, Cloud Formation; and working with data structures including SQL, AWS Glue, and Python.
