Product Owner – Service Designer, Mid Level

• Lead product ownership activities, including defining product vision, managing priorities, and supporting delivery of product initiatives. • Conduct service design activities to identify user needs, business challenges, and opportunities for improvement. • Facilitate customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, and workflow definition sessions. • Gather, analyze, and translate business and user requirements into clear product requirements and actionable deliverables. • Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on business value, user impact, and project objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, designers, developers, and operational teams. • Ensure alignment between stakeholders through effective communication, workshops, and decision-making processes. • Define and optimize operational workflows to improve service efficiency and user experience. • Support continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, identifying gaps, and recommending enhancements. • Document processes, requirements, user journeys, and service design outputs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in product ownership, service design, UX design, business analysis, or related roles.
- Proven experience managing product requirements, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong understanding of service design methodologies, customer journey mapping, and user-centered design principles.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into structured solutions and clear product requirements.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Experience with digital products, platforms, or service transformation projects is preferred.
