We incorporate fun and play, infusing magic and joy to create experiences that amaze and delight. It all starts with the right team — a team that deeply cares about values, customers, and each other. Create Massive Impact 🚀: Our lifecycle marketing engine runs on a foundation of reliable, well-maintained systems. The data pipelines, sync configurations, and technical integrations that power our campaigns don’t manage themselves — and getting them right directly affects how we reach and retain millions of users. This role sits at that foundation, keeping it solid so the broader team can move fast and build with confidence. The OpportunityAs Lifecycle Marketing Systems Specialist, you will serve as a technical generalist and hands-on executor within Superhuman’s Lifecycle Marketing Operations team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Systems Architecture. This is a high-execution, detail-oriented role for someone who thrives in the weeds of martech systems — someone who finds satisfaction in keeping complex platforms running cleanly, resolving the technical friction that slows teams down, and being the connective tissue between marketing and engineering. You won’t just support programs — you’ll own the operational infrastructure that makes them possible and have the opportunity to build your own solutions leveraging the latest AI technologies. . You’ll take on the day-to-day technical work that keeps our lifecycle systems healthy and our teams unblocked, freeing up senior capacity for strategic and product-level work. In this role, you will: - Act as the technical backbone of the lifecycle marketing operations function, owning platform administration and day-to-day execution across martech systems - Administer and maintain Hightouch as the primary reverse ETL platform — including managing parent models, building and updating audience syncs, reviewing and approving sync requests, and ensuring sync health across destinations - Serve as the first line of support for martech systems issues, triaging problems, diagnosing root causes, and either resolving them directly or escalating with clear context to engineering - Partner with engineering and marketing teams to support technical implementations — translating requirements between stakeholders, coordinating handoffs, and helping drive work to completion - Monitor sync performance and pipeline integrity, proactively catching failures, data inconsistencies, or configuration drift before they impact campaigns - Maintain and document platform configurations, data models, and operational processes, ensuring the team has reliable references as systems evolve - Manage access, permissions, and governance across martech platforms, keeping configurations clean and auditable - Support audience segmentation and data hygiene work in partnership with Data and Lifecycle teams - Assist with QA and testing for new integrations, campaign launches, and platform changes, helping catch issues before they hit production - Identify and flag operational inefficiencies, contributing ideas for process improvement and automation opportunities - Contribute to our team’s evolution by building with AI Qualifications - 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related technical role - Hands-on experience with reverse ETL or data activation platforms — Hightouch or similar tools (Census, ActionIQ, etc) experience strongly preferred - Comfortable working directly with data and audiences in a warehouse-connected environment (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar) - Basic to intermediate SQL skills — able to read, modify, and troubleshoot queries without needing to write complex models from scratch - Strong systems thinker who can follow a data flow end-to-end and identify where things are breaking down - Able to communicate technical context clearly across engineering and marketing audiences — you know how to translate - Detail-oriented with a track record of catching issues before they become incidents - Experience with marketing automation platforms (Iterable, Braze, Marketo, or similar) is a plus - Familiarity with event streaming concepts (how data flows from product events into marketing platforms) is a plus - Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is part of the job - Bonus: Has demonstrated the ability to build solutions with AI applications like Claude - Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments Compensation and BenefitsSuperhuman offers all team members competitive pay along with a benefits package encompassing the following and more: - Excellent health care (including a wide range of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and fertility benefits) - Disability and life insurance options - 401(k) and RRSP matching - Paid parental leave - 20 days of paid time off per year, 12 days of paid holidays per year, two floating holidays per year, and flexible sick time - Generous stipends (including those for caregiving, pet care, wellness, your home office, and more) - Annual professional development budget and opportunities Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, so base pay may vary by location. Trade Marketing Manager
Diversified BotanicsBuilding the future of wellness through advanced botanical science and a portfolio of trusted, high-growth brands.
Role Description This role builds and operates the trade marketing function that gives the field sales team the assets, programs, and execution needed to drive sell-through at the distributor and retail level. You sit at the bridge between brand marketing and sales — turning brand assets into selling tools, and turning trade dollars into measurable sell-through. You will not inherit a built-out trade marketing function — you will build one from the ground up while supporting an active, fast-moving field sales team. You are the difference between a sales team that walks into buyer meetings with ammunition and one that walks in empty-handed. What You'll Do - Own the master sales collateral library — one-pagers, pitch decks, category review decks, JBP templates, ride-along leave-behinds, sample request brochures — and keep it current. - Design, procure, and ship in-store assets — shelf talkers, counter mats, light boxes, danglers, cooler clings, planogram strips — to distributors and direct accounts. - Build and execute the annual trade promotion calendar — volume rebates, MDF programs, growth incentives, new-SKU bundles, distributor-rep SPIFFs. - Coordinate MAP enforcement — receive violation reports from the field, run investigations, escalate to leadership and Legal, manage remediation. - Own the sample budget and inventory deployment, tracking cost and ROI. - Own trade show and event execution — NACS, TPE, Champs, ECRM, regional shows — including booth design, materials, and on-site logistics. - Build the launch package for every new SKU — distributor sell-in deck, retailer one-pager, POP package, promotional incentive — coordinated with Marketing and the field. - Maintain a trade marketing dashboard tracking spend by program, channel, and ROI, reviewed monthly with the CRO. - Coordinate with Marketing to keep all sales-facing materials on-brand, without owning brand creative yourself. You'll Thrive Here If You - Are energized by building a function from scratch rather than running one that's already built. - Can move between strategic calendar-building and hands-on execution (shipping POP, building a deck) in the same week. - Understand the difference between trade marketing, shopper marketing, and consumer marketing without needing it explained. - Can point to a specific trade promotion program you designed and measured the results of. - Are comfortable being the one who ships the boxes and builds the booth, not just the one who manages the agency doing it. - Want outsized influence — trade marketing in a lean org has far more strategic weight than the same title at a large, mature CPG company. You May Struggle Here If You - Come from a brand-creative background with no commercial or sell-through experience. - Rely heavily on agency partners to execute rather than doing the work yourself. - Need an established playbook before you can start — this function doesn't have one yet. - Prefer to stay in the strategy lane without getting hands-on with logistics and execution. Qualifications - 5–10 years in CPG trade marketing or shopper marketing, ideally in convenience, alt-tobacco, vape, supplement, or beverage channels. - Background at a challenger or category-leading CPG brand, or shopper marketing experience at a CPG agency with brand-side exposure. - Proven ability to design and execute a trade promotion calendar, not just administer one. - Hands-on experience with POP design/logistics, MAP enforcement coordination, and trade show execution. - Strong organizational discipline — this role tracks spend, ROI, and delivery timelines across multiple concurrent programs. Benefits - 100% company-paid health premiums for employees and families. - Mental wellness and employee support resources. - Fitness reimbursement up to $1,000/year. - Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250/year. - Professional development reimbursement up to $5,000/year. - $150/month in Diversified Botanics products plus 50% employee discount thereafter. - Free meals, drinks, and company celebrations. - Discretionary quarterly bonus program. - 401(k) with 100% match on the first 2% and 50% match on the next 4%. AI Proficiency & Innovation AI literacy is considered a core professional capability at Diversified Botanics. Team members are expected to actively explore and apply AI tools to improve execution, decision-making, and operational effectiveness. EEO Statement Diversified Botanics is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a high-performance, inclusive workplace where excellence is recognized and rewarded. Work Eligibility & Accommodations Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Reasonable accommodations are available throughout the hiring process upon request.
