You'll design, ship, and iterate on paid social and display ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Your north star isn't a single, perfect artifact, it's the one that provides valuable insight that can inform the next experiment. Every day provides a chance to learn something durable. Build a living library of creative intelligence. You won't just run experiments, you'll capture what they mean. You'll document learnings in a way that compounds and be able to use them to inform the work and decisions around you. Drive deeper business impact, not brand moments. You'll focus on incremental, measurable performance, not just top-of-funnel awareness plays. You know the difference between an ad that looks great and an ad that works, and you're obsessed with finding the balance between both. Set the bar and hold it. You'll be the person in the room who says "this isn't ready" and can articulate exactly why. You'll define what good looks like for growth creative at Superhuman and raise that bar as the team scales. Own platform partnerships. You'll build and maintain strong working relationships with our partners at Meta, Google, and TikTok leveraging their creative insights, emerging technology programs, and performance data to inform your work and give Superhuman an edge. Partner closely with Growth and Data. You are data-literate and interested in results and how they can improve future-facing work. You’ll work side-by-side with growth marketers, analysts, product managers, and engineers to translate performance signals into creative direction. You’ll feed creative learnings back into broader channel and funnel strategy. Requirements - 10+ years of design experience, with a meaningful portion spent in Growth, performance marketing, or paid acquisition-focused creative roles. Demonstrable evidence of working in an iterative, experimental environment where progress trumps perfection. - Deep, hands-on paid ads experience across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You've lived inside Ads Manager, you understand platform-specific creative dynamics, and you know how formats, placements, and audiences shape what works. - A growth team background is required. You understand the test-learn-iterate loop from the inside and have the work to prove it. You've built and documented continuums of artifacts and learnings that compound on one another over time, leveraging those insights to inform work around you in a way that balances championing the user and helping the company reach its goals. - You are process and problem-obsessed. You get energy from figuring out why something worked, not from making something that looks good. You'd rather ship a scrappy test that teaches you something than a polished ad that teaches you nothing. - You are excited by new technology and understand how to leverage it to create systems of efficiency without sacrificing quality. - Strong documentation and ability to synthesize insights. You have a track record of capturing learnings in a structured way, leveraging not only results, but also user research. You can proactively identify opportunities to partner with marketing insights and user research to sharpen a hypothesis. - Platform partner fluency you have experience partnering with reps at Meta, Google, or TikTok and know how to extract value from those relationships. - Not a fit if: your portfolio is primarily brand design or campaigns, editorial design, or visual design work without meaningful growth performance context. We're looking for someone who has chosen growth deliberately and who is excited by the work. At Superhuman, Account-Based Experience (ABX) is how we go to market with precision — rather than casting a wide net, we start with the accounts that matter most and build deeply personalized, coordinated experiences across every touchpoint to drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and grow revenue. You're someone who operates at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution — equally comfortable building an account plan with an AE and reporting pipeline influence to leadership. You bring strong executive presence, able to command the room with senior stakeholders, earn the trust of sales leadership, and communicate the impact of ABX programs with clarity and confidence. You thrive in ambiguity, love building programs from scratch, and are energized by close collaboration with the sales team to move big deals forward. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the heart of our enterprise growth strategy. What You’ll Own1:1 ABX Programs (Strategic Accounts) - Own end-to-end strategy and execution of personalized programs for Superhuman’s most strategic named accounts (typically top 15-30 accounts) - Partner with assigned AEs to develop bespoke account plans: research account priorities, map stakeholders, identify whitespace, and design tailored engagement plays - Create hyper-personalized content and experiences — including custom landing pages, executive briefings, bespoke direct mail, and tailored event invitations. - Orchestrate multi-channel touchpoints (email, LinkedIn, paid, events, gifting, executive outreach) in close coordination with the Sales team - Track engagement signals at the account level and activate Sales at the right moments to advance pipeline 1:Few ABX Programs (Cluster & Segment Programs) - Design and run cluster-based programs targeting cohorts of 10–100 accounts grouped by vertical, company size, use case, or buying stage - Build repeatable playbooks that can be scaled across segments, including messaging frameworks, content maps, and channel sequences - Collaborate with content and design to develop segment-specific assets (industry landing pages, vertical-specific case studies, tailored nurture sequences) - Partner with SDRs and AEs to sequence outbound and inbound touchpoints for maximum account penetration Strategy & Planning - Define and maintain the target account list in partnership with Sales leadership and RevOps, using firmographic, technographic, and intent data - Build and maintain account segmentation models (Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3) to prioritize resource allocation - Develop the ABX program roadmap aligned to quarterly pipeline targets and sales priorities - Contribute to the ABX budget allocation process, ensuring investment is focused on accounts with highest propensity to buy and expand Analytics & Reporting - Own ABX program measurement: define KPIs, build dashboards, and report on account engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue impact - Conduct regular account-level reviews with Sales to assess program effectiveness and iterate - Maintain a test-and-learn culture — run experiments, document findings, and continuously optimize plays Cross-Functional Collaboration - Act as the connective tissue between Marketing and Sales, ensuring tight alignment on account priorities, messaging, and timing - Work with RevOps to ensure ABX data flows correctly through the tech stack (CRM, MAP, intent platforms, ABM tools) - Collaborate with Field Marketing on account-specific event strategies and executive programs - Partner with Product Marketing to ensure ABX messaging reflects current positioning and competitive differentiation QualificationsExperience - 6-9 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 4–5 years focused specifically on account-based marketing or ABX. - Demonstrated experience owning 1:1 and 1:few ABX programs at a SaaS company, ideally in a high-growth or enterprise sales environment - Proven track record of influencing pipeline and revenue through ABX programs — you can point to specific accounts won or accelerated as a result of your programs - Experience working closely with enterprise sales teams; you are fluent in sales language and understand how deals move - Familiarity with the ABM tech stack: tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo, Outreach or Salesloft, and intent data platforms. - Experience with website personalization platforms (e.g., Mutiny, Folloze, or similar) for building account-specific landing pages and web experiences - Experience building ABX programs from the ground up (not just inheriting an existing motion) Skills - Strategic thinker who can zoom out to set program strategy and zoom in to execute with precision - Exceptional written communication — you can craft personalized, compelling messages for C-suite buyers that don’t sound like marketing - Strong analytical ability — comfortable pulling data, building attribution models, and making program decisions based on insights rather than gut feel - Project management fluency — you can run multiple concurrent programs across different account tiers without dropping the ball - Creative problem-solver who can develop differentiated plays that cut through the noise in a competitive inbox - Collaborative team player with strong influence skills — you earn trust with Sales teams by delivering results and showing up as a true partner What Success Looks LikeIn the first 90 days, you will have audited our current account targeting approach, established relationships with your Sales counterparts, and launched your first 1:few cluster program. Within 3 months, you will have a full 1:1 program running for our top strategic accounts and clear ABX dashboards showing pipeline influence. Within a year, ABX will be recognized internally as a core driver of enterprise pipeline, and you will have a library of repeatable plays that are generating consistent results across tiers. Learn more at superhuman.com and about our values here. The OpportunitySuperhuman's Customer Education group is scaling fast. We're building the systems, standards, and craft that will define how millions of professionals learn to get the most out of Superhuman over the next several years. Today, that spans training webinars, self-serve guides and courses, in-product education, and email. We're standing up an LMS and laying the foundation for new educational formats as our AI products evolve. We believe that when our customers know how to use our products deeply, they don't just succeed, they become advocates. As our first Instructional Designer, you'll define what great educational experience looks like at Superhuman and build the pedagogical foundation that lets the whole team experiment, innovate, and iterate faster with a clear definition of "good." This is a hybrid Instructional Designer / Learning Experience Designer role. You'll set the pedagogy across our self-serve Academy and instructor-led programs and partner closely with Growth, Product, and Engineering to design educational experiences embedded directly in our AI products, where some of the most important learning actually happens. In this role, you will: - Establish Superhuman's pedagogical foundation: the principles, design patterns, and evaluation rubrics that define what "good" looks like across modalities, so the team can experiment and ship with conviction - Partner with Growth, Product, and Engineering to leverage our Academy resources and design learning experiences across our products - Work with subject matter experts, UXR, Customer Success, and Support to identify the knowledge gaps and learning outcomes that matter most, and translate them into curriculum that makes the learning stick - Set and uphold quality standards across academy courses, guides, videos, and live sessions and build the review process that keeps them high as the team scales - Shape the strategy for interactive learning features (assessments, credentialing, adaptive paths) as the program matures, including how we measure whether customers are actually learning Qualifications - 3+ years designing learning experiences for adult learners across multiple modalities (eLearning, in-product education, live instruction, and video) at a company scaling its education function - Deep grounding in learning science and adult learning theory; you can articulate why a design decision works, not just point to what's worked before - Fluent in instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, or similar) and opinionated about when to use them, when to bend them, and when a context calls for something new - A track record of defining quality standards, rubrics, or evaluation frameworks that other people could apply consistently - Collaborated on learning experiences embedded inside a product alongside Product, Engineering, and Design, not only standalone courses outside the product surface - Use AI tools daily to accelerate your own craft (research, drafting, prototyping, evaluation) and have a point of view on how AI is changing the way adults learn software - Comfortable with data: pull from product usage, research, and CS signals to identify learning gaps, and measure learning outcomes rather than engagement vanity metrics - Can take complex subject matter (including technical AI product capabilities) and make it clear, engaging, and durable in memory - Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company with rapid product cycles and a steady stream of net-new products. You know how to design learning for surfaces that are still being defined, and you're energized by moving targets and incomplete briefs - Thrive as a function-of-one: you're energized by defining the role as you go, building the systems, and setting the bar rather than inheriting a mature playbook - Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
