The Product Manager will be the end-to-end owner of assigned OX Engineered Products, responsible for maximizing the product line's revenue, profitability, and market share. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, technical understanding of building science/construction, and commercial acumen to translate market needs into product requirements and successful launches. You will serve as the primary liaison between sales, marketing, R&D, operations, and executive leadership. This role will report directly to the Director of Marketing and Customer Operations. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Science, Architecture, Business, or a related technical field. An MBA is a plus. - 5+ years of experience in Product Management within the building materials, construction, or a related heavy manufacturing industry. - Proven track record of successfully managing products through the entire lifecycle, from concept to commercialization. - Experience with building envelope systems (e.g., structural sheathing, insulation, moisture barriers, roofing) is highly preferred. Requirements - Strong understanding of building codes, construction practices, and building science principles (e.g., thermal performance, air/water resistance). - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to executive leadership, technical teams, and external customers. - Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. - Proficiency in product management tools and techniques. - Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
