Role Description The Field Technical Representative (FTR) is a field-based position for the Warranty/Technical Services team at Amrize Building Envelope division. The FTR reports to the Regional Technical Manager and is responsible for: - Training licensed roofing contractors in the proper application techniques for Elevate, GenFlex, and Gaco roofing products. - Performing technical inspections of commercial roofing applications for no-dollar-limit warranty coverage. - Conducting warranty claim investigations. - Providing on-site technical construction assistance to professional architects, designers, and installers. This is a fully remote position; the candidate must live within the territory (Chicago). Role Description The Product Manager is responsible for the strategic health, revenue, and profitability of the Polyisocyanurate (ISO) product portfolio. You will act as the Conductor of the Orchestra and harmonizing sales activation, technical content creation, and new product commercialization. You will be the internal and external champion for ISO, leveraging customer research and Voice of Customer (VoC) techniques to ensure our insulation solutions lead the market in thermal efficiency and sustainability. What You’ll Accomplish - Portfolio Strategy and Ownership: Own the ISO segments and go-to-market strategy. Role Description The regional Warranty Claims Investigator is responsible for protecting the interests of Amrize Building Envelope by managing warranty claims. The Claims Investigator will: - Receive, analyze, and make determinations on claims by reviewing data from all available resources. - Develop Amrize’s position, determine necessary repairs, communicate to all relevant parties, and negotiate claim resolution. - Review repair quotes, identify a repair contractor, order/ship materials, review work completed, and process contractor invoices. Requirements - Strong technical expertise in most of the following products and an aptitude to learn the rest: - Single-Ply Roofing Systems including: EPDM, TPO, PVC - Asphalt Roofing Systems including: SBS, APP, BUR - Metal Systems: Standing Seam Roofs, Cavity Wall Assemblies - Roofing Coatings including: Silicone Roof Coatings, Acrylic Roof Coatings - Urethane Systems including: P.U.F. Roofing, Wall Foam - Garden Roofing Systems including: Built In Place, Modular - Must be personable and professional and maintain a high level of integrity. - Strong customer service focus. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to think outside the box. - Good organizational and time management skills are a must. - Must be able to travel overnight 20% - 30% of the time by air or car. - Must also be able to work flexible hours with minimum notification when necessary. - Must possess a current driver’s license. - Claims Adjusting Experience.
