• Design, build, and maintain integrations between key business systems, including NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe, Shopify, and other platforms. • Develop scalable Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, and other Salesforce platform tools. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption. • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements. • Ensure data integrity and synchronization across all connected business systems. • Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track integration health and operational performance. • Assist in the creation and execution of data migration strategies for new system implementations. • Act as the first point of contact for issues related to system integrations. • Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors, working with internal teams and vendors as needed. • Document system changes, update technical documentation, and support end-user training.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or business systems developer with strong Salesforce platform experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Custom Objects, Permission Sets, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Strong understanding of APIs, REST, and data integration best practices.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python), Javascript and SQL for data manipulation.
- Ability to identify root causes and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Experience working with version control and deployment tools such as Git, Salesforce CLI, change sets, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
