Software Development Manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND Seven (7)+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, software development, or technical product development experience building enterprise-scale applications OR High School Diploma/GED and Fourteen (14) years of experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading technical teams, software delivery programs, or engineering initiatives
  • 3+ years of experience working with cloud-native applications, APIs, distributed systems, and modern software architecture
  • 3+ years of experience operating within Agile software development methodologies
  • 3+ years of experience supporting, developing, or integrating enterprise platforms, operational tooling, or developer enablement solutions
  • 1+ year of experience with AI-enabled technologies, intelligent automation, Generative AI, AI-assisted development tools, or related technologies
