• Lead finance and accounting integration activities for Day 1 legal close and TSA (Transition Services Agreement) exit • Develop and manage detailed integration workplans, timelines, and functional roadmaps • Coordinate end-to-end integration planning across accounting operations, financial controls, and systems • Design and document future-state finance processes, workflows, and organizational structures • Support ERP and financial system transition and cutover activities • Map seller chart of accounts (COA) to buyer COA for reporting and operational continuity • Coordinate and document purchase price accounting (PPA) and opening balance sheet entries • Develop Day 1 close plans, accounting timelines, and transition milestones • Partner with finance, accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment across integration activities • Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies related to finance and accounting integration • Support disengagement planning from seller-provided accounting and financial TSAs • Provide regular status updates, reporting, and executive-level communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Support IMO Program Manager through data analysis and reporting • Leverage Smartsheet Integration structure to deliver full program. • Assist in Steerco, board, cross functional and functional workstream alignment via presentation creation and project plan management • Socialize program structure, roles, governance for contractors managed under the IMO • Oversee multiple workstreams’ progress via dashboards to ensure progress toward stated goals • In collaboration with IMO team, drive prioritization, optimization, and decisions on direction of IMO and resource allocation and manage risks • Conduct data validation and reconciliation to maintain data accuracy and integrity • Assist in the development and maintenance of market operation systems and tools • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues • Prepare and deliver periodic reports and presentations related to market operations • Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement solutions • Participate in testing and implementation of new tools or system enhancements • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies related to market operations

• Develop compelling and innovative motion graphics and animations tailored for web, mobile, and social media platforms. • Collaborate closely with UX designers, marketing teams, and product managers to translate concepts into dynamic visual content. • Create storyboards, prototypes, and 3 D animation and motion graphics via planning, designing and collaborating on digital content ideas and solutions. • Ensure consistency and approvals with brand guidelines and overall product vision. • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance animations. • Optimize animations for performance and user experience across various devices and platforms. • Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and digital animation. • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for digital content.
• Ability to execute an end-to-end test strategy across multiple legacy and acquired systems. • Data Reconciliation & Validation Expertise: Strong skills in validating data from different teams across the organization. This includes mapping, transformation logic, reconciliation reports, and ensuring data integrity between legacy and new platforms. • System Integration Testing: Deep understanding of integration testing across APIs, middleware, and interfaces between HRIS, ERP, finance, and identity management systems. • Cross-Functional Coordination: Experience collaborating with HR, IT, Finance, Security, and external vendors to ensure testing alignment across business processes, data governance, and system dependencies. • Defect and Issue Management: Advanced proficiency in managing complex defect cycles, root-cause analysis, and resolution tracking using enterprise tools. • Change & Cutover Readiness Testing: Ability to simulate post-integration scenarios and validate readiness for go-live across multiple business units. • Automation and Regression Testing Design: Proficiency in building automated regression suites to support ongoing releases and platform stabilization post-merger. • Compliance and Security Testing: Knowledge of compliance concerns and experience validating access controls, PII security, and audit readiness. • Reporting and Analytics Validation: Capability to test analytics, dashboards, and KPI accuracy across integrated data warehouses and business intelligence tools. • Executive-Level Communication and Risk Reporting: Proven ability to summarize test progress, quality metrics, risks, and mitigation plans for a large team of executive stakeholders and program governance teams. • Define and document test approach and delivery plan for multiple workstreams of a large program • Ensure all test phases have appropriate entry / exit criteria and clearly defined expectations for obtaining sign-off against these prior to Go Live • Monitor and report the status and progress of each test phase to stakeholders across the organization, including senior executive leadership • Implement a well-structured approach to test defect management and incident reporting, including standardization of defect logging procedures and deriving metrics/KPIs • Facilitate defect triage calls when required.
• In partnership with internal and external stakeholders, prepare and submit grant applications to federal, state and local agencies • Manage existing grants from the Department of Energy (DOE) • Ensure compliance with regulatory and funding requirements throughout the entire lifecycle of the grants • Accurately record all grant-related activities, including application submission, approvals, expenditures, and reports • Audit grant budgets to ensure funds are allocated according to grant guideline • Produce regular communications and status updates as required by various audiences
