Our client is seeking a SAP Concur Expense Consultant to develop, analyze, design, test, and maintain client information systems and applications to support key business operations. You will also provide technical support, develop program specifications and recommendations for system improvements, and assist with testing, training, and implementation. Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Responsibilities - Support the client's key business operations by developing and maintaining business solutions. - Analyze, design, develop, and maintain information systems and applications. - Create program specifications, technical requirements, and detailed design documentation. - Participate in the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of software applications. - Code, test, debug, and troubleshoot applications and programs. - Provide technical support and analysis for infrastructure projects and production environments. - Develop recommendations for system upgrades and process improvements. - Monitor, plan, and assess the impact of new products, services, and system enhancements. - Apply analytical techniques to support application and system design. - Assist with system testing, user training, and operational readiness activities. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience implementing Concur Travel & Expense, including extensive knowledge of Concur configuration for travel booking, expense management, and reporting. - Experience integrating Concur Expense with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HR, CRM) to ensure seamless, secure data flow. - Experience integrating Concur Expense with third-party applications (e.g., TripIt, ExpenseIt, fraud detection, risk management, duty of care, and SOS solutions) while maintaining secure and reliable data integration. - Experience configuring and implementing Concur Expense in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and agency-specific travel policies, including audit rule exceptions where applicable. - Experience implementing and managing credit card clearing processes within Concur. - In-depth knowledge of Federal Travel Regulations (FTR). - Knowledge of applicable industry regulations and compliance standards. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. - Concur Travel Implementation and Configuration certification required. - Ability to lead design workshops, facilitate requirements gathering sessions, and translate business needs into system solutions. - Support Concur Travel & Expense configuration, system testing, integration testing, and deployment activities. • Gathers specifications from the business and functional departments and deliver the solution that meets the needs presented • Interprets business and functional requirements and develops technical specifications documentation • Must be able to work on custom integration as well as standard integration packages • Must have knowledge of SAP Cloud Connector and CPI cockpit • Should have worked on Java and Groovy scripting • Must be aware of SAP CPI support activities • Must be able to perform root cause analysis of any re-occurring or critical issues and proposing solutions for them • Performs Unit, System and Integration testing at the various phases of the project lifecycle and document the results of the testing process

• Develop, maintain and support SAP ABAP solutions focused on SAP HCM processes. • Gather and analyze technical and functional requirements together with business areas and functional consultants. • Develop and support: ABAP reports, interfaces, enhancements, user exits / BAdIs, SmartForms / SAPscript / Adobe Forms, batch programs, conversions and integrations. • Work with objects and structures related to HCM submodules such as: PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), PY (Payroll) – desirable, PT (Time Management) – desirable. • Perform corrections, evolutionary improvements and incident support. • Ensure technical quality, documentation and testing of deliverables. • Support integrations between SAP HCM and legacy or third-party systems. • Participate in implementation projects, rollouts, continuous improvements and sustainment.
