Qualifications - Must be local to the DC area. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse; familiarity with Power BI and Copilot Studio is a plus. - Experience integrating Azure services with the Power Platform, including developing and consuming REST APIs (preferably using Azure App Services/Functions), handling authentication, and working with JSON-based integrations. - Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Copilot CLI, Microsoft Copilot), with strong practices around validation and code review. - Experience integrating Azure OpenAI or similar LLM services, including prompt design, tool/function calling, and evaluating quality, safety, and cost; familiarity with retrieval approaches such as RAG is a plus. - Experience with ALM/DevOps practices, including Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and automated deployments (e.g., Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions), as well as Power Platform solution management. - Strong focus on security and responsible AI practices, including least-privilege access, secrets management, privacy-conscious use of AI tools, and awareness of risks such as prompt injection and data exfiltration. - Strong requirements gathering and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., PL-400, AI-102, AZ-204, AZ-900).
