Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Operations, Sales/Revenue Ops or Operational Excellence roles (or similar), with proven experience in process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
- A true tools power-user: deep knowledge of major CRM, project management, ERP, workflow and AI platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Notion, Make, Zapier, Airtable, ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Google Apps Script, Claude, Gemini, n8n).
- You are fluent in English: it's crucial for collaborating across our four markets.
- Adaptable & proactive: you're comfortable in dynamic, evolving contexts, you learn fast, embrace change as an opportunity, and don't just execute — you actively dig into problems until you find the best solution.

Role Description As our Product Operations Specialist for Fraud New Products & Launches, you will be the absolute guardian of operational readiness. You will bridge the gap between Product, Engineering, Strategy, and Fraud Operations, ensuring that every new product, payment method, corridor, or market expansion launches securely without operational drag or unexpected fraud exposure. You are a full-stack operational project manager with a deep understanding of payments and fraud mechanics. You know how to design risk frameworks, align complex cross-functional teams under tight deadlines, and build repeatable governance rails from scratch. You will roll up your sleeves to map out specific fraud risk vectors, build our Go/No-Go playbooks, and scale our operational launch capabilities as Félix continues its rapid regional expansion. Responsibilities - Launch Readiness Ownership: Own operational requirements (people, process, tooling) for every new product/corridor/payment-method launch before go-live. - Risk Vector Design: Support identifying and document the specific fraud risk vectors introduced by each new product. Work with Strategy but mostly get the risk vectors and design the approach with stakeholders (Investigations, Ops). - Queue & Staffing Design: Define the queues, SLAs, and staffing implications a launch introduces; hand off to Ops team for execution. - Readiness Playbook & SOPs: Build and iterate operational and escalade SOPs for Ops to execute. - Cross-Functional Project Management: Run the operational workstream of each launch timeline across Product, Eng, Strategy, and Ops. - Post-Launch Retros: Run post-mortems and feed learnings back into the playbook. - Reporting to Leadership: Present launch pipeline status and readiness health to the Fraud Product & Operations Lead. - Monitoring Operational Launch Success: Monitor Operational Effectiveness and decide when to declare BAU. Role Description The simplest way to describe the job: you are the product manager for the product and R&D organization. Your customers are the people who build, the product team, engineering, data, design, and the AI Transformation team. Your job is to understand their friction, then put the systems, cadences, tooling, and ways of working in place that let each of them operate at the top of their license. It is also a strategy role, not only an operations one. You will help shape where our product portfolio is going, not just how it runs: - How products scale - What reusable core lives inside the things we build for individual clients At heart this is a connector role. You sit above the individual teams and products and find the through-lines, the shared building blocks, and the leverage that no single team sees from inside its own work. You will not do this by showing up with process and telling people to follow it. You will do it by understanding what is actually holding the org back, then designing the lightest change that solves it and bringing people along on why it matters. Qualifications - Multiple cycles across a few companies in product operations, R&D operations, technical program management, or an adjacent role where you owned how a product organization actually runs, ideally including time at a company going through fast scaling. - Demonstrated experience building operating models, OKR systems, and idea-to-ship or SDLC frameworks from a light starting point, not just administering ones that already existed. - Someone who has driven AI adoption for others, not just personal AI use. You have gotten other people and teams to change how they work, and made it stick. - Real, hands-on fluency building with modern AI tools with a strong point of view and a curious mind. - Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams (a scrum-of-scrums, program-management, or portfolio capacity), or the clear appetite to grow into it. - Enough technical fluency to be useful in architecture, scaling, and reliability conversations with engineers, and the appetite to go deeper. - Comfort with Jira and Notion (or the equivalent), and the instinct to make a system of record that people actually keep current. - Strong cross-functional facilitation, especially the ability to move a stuck decision forward without owning the decision yourself.
