• Build, improve and optimize advanced services built with python that power data synchronisation, transformation across 300+ source APIs and 30+ destinations. • Develop new connectors and improve existing ones, handling auth flows, rate limiting, retries, pagination, and schema variations. • Improve scalability and reliability of production systems (performance, concurrency, monitoring, incident prevention). • Write well-tested code (pytest) and review merge requests from teammates. • Work in two-week sprints with room for shifting priorities, we stay pragmatic, not process-heavy.
• Break down multi-domain business problems with a strong focus on return on investment and impact metrics, and think through the appropriate technical methods from POC to production • Develop solutions and extract insight from data using data science and classical machine learning methods and generative AI (GenAI) • Take ownership of developing, implementing, and automating robust data science and ML models and pipelines, including feature generation, modeling, evaluation, retraining and deployment • Translate sophisticated analytical findings and model outcomes into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders, demonstrably driving value and improvements in key business metrics • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver innovative Data Science/ML/AI solutions • Conduct research on the latest Data Science/ML/AI developments and apply them to improve our systems • Document processes, code, and findings for future reference and knowledge sharing

• Own Windsor's YouTube channel end-to-end: tutorials, connector how-tos, product demos, use cases. • Long-form first, then cut into Shorts. • Repurpose every video across Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and LinkedIn via Metricool. • Build and manage the content calendar. Consistent, weekly output. • Brief and coordinate with our content and SEO team and UGC creators; work with our designer to fix thumbnails, build a consistent brand across all channels, and make sure every asset looks like it comes from the same place. • Use Windsor's own connectors to pull your social channel data into AI tools. • Build social media content plans from real data, not gut feel. The same way we use our product to run our own marketing. • Track performance. Know what's working, cut what isn't. • Identify and build relationships with data and marketing influencers for the US market: YouTube creators, LinkedIn voices, and newsletter writers in our ICP space (digital marketers, marketing analysts, agencies, e-commerce). • Manage outreach and pipeline; coordinate collaboration formats (co-authored content, product features, social mentions). • Brief influencers properly so the content actually works for Windsor. • Work closely with our affiliate program manager to support Windsor's affiliate network: independent creators who promote Windsor to their own audiences with a personal discount code (30% lifetime revenue share, tracked via FirstPromoter). • Give affiliates what they need to create better content: scripts, briefs, demo recordings, creative assets. • Monitor affiliate and solutions partner content. Repost, amplify, and feature the best on Windsor's channels. • Coordinate co-marketing with solutions partners (agencies and consultants): template gallery features, case study content, joint posts.
• Own the roadmap for Domains & Email growth services across the Product Unit • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and commercial performance • Balance quick wins with longer-term strategic investments • Translate business opportunities into clear product requirements for engineering teams • Analyse products and services across brands to understand performance, adoption, and customer value • Identify opportunities to consolidate, retire, improve, or expand offerings • Develop pricing, packaging, and bundling recommendations • Improve the customer journey from onboarding through renewal and retention • Identify friction points and opportunities to increase customer success • Ensure end-of-life and offboarding experiences are handled thoughtfully and professionally • Monitor developments in AI, cybersecurity, identity, trust services, and emerging internet technologies • Collaborate with product, engineering, commercial, marketing, and local brand teams across Europe • Support go-to-market planning and product launches
• Responsible for the technical execution and quality of our new B2C product: Full Stack Development. • Build and maintain features end-to-end - from Rails API endpoints to React Native screens. • Contribute to architecture decisions and uphold high standards through code reviews and testing. • Work with social media APIs (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and third-party services for integrations. • Participate in deployment pipeline and ensure product stability and performance in production. • Collaborate closely with product and design to turn user needs into technical solutions.
• Identify and acquire new corporate clients, growing the company’s corporate portfolio. • Serve as the main point of contact for large corporate accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. • Collaborate with the Account Manager and the Renewals & Cross Sell roles to manage the corporate portfolio and support ongoing client needs. • Achieve specific annual goals related to new client acquisition and upselling/cross selling to long-tail customers. • Build partnerships with agencies and other collaborators to drive adoption of our SaaS and hosting portfolio. • Establish long-term relationships with channel partners, ensuring loyalty and increased revenue. • Proactively ask existing partners and clients for referrals to identify new selling opportunities. • Follow up on referral leads, nurturing them into successful partnerships or corporate accounts. • Work with other team.blue companies to provide reseller services, ensuring smooth operations for customers. • Act as a liaison between team.blue service providers and the company to resolve issues and enhance service offerings. • Partner with the Sales Manager, who oversees inbound sales, renewals & cross-selling, to align sales strategies and corporate account activities. • Collaborate with Support and Sales team members to identify potential corporate leads within the existing customer base. • Provide feedback and suggestions to the Head of Customer Experience for customers’ needs, improving products, services, and overall customer satisfaction. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine business development strategies. • Actively contribute to the company’s goals by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
