Key Responsibilities - Lead business requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across multiple departments. - Develop and maintain detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional requirements, and user stories. - Create and maintain BPMN process diagrams to document current-state and future-state workflows. - Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. - Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to validate requirements and process flows. - Translate business requirements into clear specifications for technical teams. - Collaborate with product owners, project managers, technical solution architects, and developers during solution design and implementation. - Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios, validating outcomes, and coordinating with stakeholders. - Ensure traceability between business requirements, process models, and delivered solutions. - Assist in change management and process documentation for newly implemented solutions.
