Energy Efficiency Program Outreach Lead
Resource Innovations
• Develops, manages, and fosters partnerships with multifamily property decision makers, property owners/managers, stakeholders, subcontractors, and other industry affiliates • Responsible for lead generation into the energy efficiency programs based on program guidelines • Conducts property assessments for project scoping and baseline data collection • Provides technical support to program service providers • Interprets program guidelines and provides ongoing support to contractors and subcontractors • Leads scheduled and ad hoc meetings/calls with the internal team, partners, and the utility clients • Delivers presentations and communicates program offerings tailored to stakeholders • Maintains program schedules and team activities, delegating tasks to appropriate internal personnel • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum High School diploma, GED or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in energy-efficiency program implementation, project management or related sales function
- Proven success in engaging customers, multifamily property owners, property management and contractors
- Ability to take full responsibility for projects from inception to close
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Sharepoint, Salesforce, CRM tools
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Client-centered and customer service-focused
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and self-direct your work
- Positive, action-oriented attitude showing initiative and creativity
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation skills, including both speaking and writing
