• Supervise and support a growing clinical team of psychologists and master’s level providers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. • Lead with empathy, transparency, and accountability—fostering a clinical culture that engages and retains high-performing individuals and maintains accountability to performance standards. • Champion clinical excellence and uphold the highest ethical and regulatory standards across the team. • Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team with the flexibility to support last-minute scheduling changes when needed (e.g., provider coverage or group rescheduling), as you help us build toward a more scalable, fully staffed model. This may include: • Conducting diagnostic assessments • Leading new patient intake appointments • Facilitating group therapy for parents and caregivers of children with ADHD, co-occurring Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), anxiety and more! • Collaborate closely with our Operations team to align clinician schedules with patient needs, manage time off, and ensure optimal availability for care. • Lead process optimization- evaluate and refine workflows, outcomes, and patient experience. Proactively identify ways to enhance quality of care and exceed NPS benchmarks. • Balance clinical judgment with business acumen to drive decision making that impacts the clinician experience, processes, and business outcomes.
• Manage provider schedules and ensure calendar accuracy. • Execute onboarding workflows for new providers, ensuring all steps are completed on time. • Track and support provider incentives and operational processes. • Maintain documentation of workflows and standard operating procedures. • Update and manage provider data in Airtable and other systems. • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across scheduling and operations. • Run regular audits to identify and correct errors. • Troubleshoot basic provider-facing issues (scheduling, tools, workflows). • Support provider ramp and onboarding experience. • Help ensure providers have what they need to operate effectively. • Assist with clinical program operations (e.g., group scheduling support). • Coordinate with internal teams on operational needs. • Support with licensing and credentialing coordination as needed.

• Conduct comprehensive ADHD and anxiety assessments and intake evaluations for new patients and families • Provide personalized treatment recommendations, including referrals to community providers when appropriate • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, integrated care
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for all of our clinical and medical positions. Source candidates, screen resumes, manage the interview process, and extend offers. • Assess & manage recruitment tools that drive and create efficiencies in our full cycle recruiting processes. Some of the tools we use today are Ashby, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter. • Report on and analyze funnel metrics to optimize candidate throughput and the interview process. Build reporting and dashboarding for other aspects of recruiting that we care about as we evolve - quality of hire, diversity of hire, retention, etc. • Work closely with Sales and other Operations teams to accurately forecast and identify the need for new hires. • Build & Architect: Develop end-to-end features across our patient-facing apps, pediatrician dashboards, and internal clinical tools. • Own the Product: Work directly with the Head of Engineering and Product leadership to translate "what if" into production-ready code. • Lead Technical Decisions: Help define our engineering processes, from CI/CD improvements to database schema design. • Move Fast, Stay Secure: Ship high-velocity code while maintaining the rigorous security standards required for HIPAA-compliant healthcare.
