Role Description Ensure Sheetz adheres to all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. Serves as the key liaison between the Sheetz HR and Legal teams. Developing, implement, and monitor HR compliance programs, conducting audits, drafting and updating employment policies and handbooks, and providing guidance to the HR team, executive leadership and other departments.
