Role Description Abramson Labor Group is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our team in Burbank, CA. Newly barred attorneys or attorneys who recently passed the bar or wanted to pivot and learn Worker's Compensation. - Managing a docket of cases to resolution - Depositions: - Preparing client for deposition - Attending depositions - Invoicing Depositions - Responding to client inquiries that require attorney negotiations and moving matters towards resolution - Responsive to incoming emails and phone calls - Providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed - Team Player: - Bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by example - Participation in team events during work and after work hours - Providing feedback to management to ensure ALG performs the best it can for our clients Qualifications - Comfortable with fast-paced work environments - Doctors' deposition experience (preferred) - Excellent writing and verbal communication skills - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar Requirements - MUST be California State Barred and reside in the state of California Benefits - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage - Flexible time off plans including Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays
