• Be responsible for the entire end-to-end lifecycle of Artificial Intelligence solutions, from design and architecture to validation, deployment and availability for consumption via APIs, ensuring scalability, stability and high performance; • Develop, evaluate and optimize Machine Learning models and Generative AI applications, ensuring the technical quality of solutions and their alignment with business needs; • Continuously analyze the trade-off between computational cost and solution performance, considering factors such as token consumption, inference time, infrastructure usage and return on investment (ROI), and propose alternatives that maximize efficiency and value for the organization; • Implement governance, security and reliability mechanisms for AI applications, using strategies such as guardrails, response validation, quality monitoring and context-anchoring techniques, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to ensure accurate, safe and business-aligned responses; • Develop and maintain data pipelines and inference flows in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring integration, observability and continuous monitoring of models in production; • Document architectures, models, experiments and processes to promote traceability, reproducibility and adherence to data and AI governance practices; • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI application, translating complex challenges into scalable, high-impact analytical solutions; • Stay up to date with the evolution of technologies, frameworks and best practices related to Data Science, Machine Learning and Generative AI, proposing innovations that add value to the business.

• Practice in labor law across all stages of litigation; • Drafting defenses, appeals and other procedural pleadings inherent to legal practice (such as: Recurso Ordinário [Ordinary Appeal], Recurso de Revista [Appeal to the Superior Labor Court], objections to calculations, Embargos à Execução [Objections to Enforcement], Agravo de Petição [Interlocutory Appeal], Mandado de Segurança [Writ of Mandamus], among others); • Monitoring case progress and entering information into internal/client systems; • Reviewing hearing schedules, conducting hearing preparation meetings, requesting documents and supporting materials, requesting payments, and managing deadlines; • Attending hearings and delivering oral arguments; • Ability to develop litigation strategies and analyze information and documents for case management; • Critical ability to read judgments and rulings and prepare appeals; • Mediation skills.

• Handle labor litigation in all stages (trial, appeals, and enforcement); • Conduct hearings (initial, consolidated/single-session, and evidentiary/instructional hearings); • Act as the employer's representative (preposto) when necessary; • Review procedural filings and legal documents; • Draft labor pleadings of medium complexity; • Manage deadlines, case progress, and update case management systems; • Liaise with the client's legal team to align strategies and provide inputs; • Support HR and other internal departments on labor-related matters; • Analyze and review internal policies, contracts, and communications; • Prepare legal opinions and guidance; • Provide support on sensitive matters (disciplinary issues, terminations, labor risks, etc.).

• ✅ Perform registration and pre-registration of cases, clients, and parties in legal management systems, ensuring correct entry, verification, and updating of information; • ✅ Review procedural documents, validate registration data, identify inconsistencies, make corrections when necessary, and follow up on outstanding issues with the relevant areas; • ✅ Ensure standardization of registrations, data quality, and compliance with operational deadlines.

• Conduct administrative and judicial proceedings with a focus on Regulatory and Administrative Law. • Draft pleadings, defenses, appeals, submissions, legal opinions, and other procedural documents of medium to high complexity. • Handle administrative proceedings before public agencies, autonomous government bodies, and regulatory authorities. • Prepare filings, carry out diligences and follow-ups with public entities to advance cases and clarify issues. • Attend hearings, present oral arguments, and participate in strategic meetings when required. • Define and implement procedural strategies aligned with clients’ needs. • Monitor and update internal case management systems and clients’ legal platforms. • Maintain close relationships with clients by participating in meetings, alignments, and result presentations. • Manage and prioritize workloads, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables meet quality standards. • Prepare management and operational reports to track indicators and support decision-making.

• Register, update and monitor cases in the firm's internal systems, ensuring data integrity and organized records; • Close cases and update the corresponding case records; • Request and follow up on payment of court and appeal fees, observing deadlines and internal procedures; • Assist in drafting settlement proposals and support negotiations, contributing to the strategic resolution of matters; • Draft petitions and other low-complexity legal documents under the supervision of the legal team; • Provide support to attorneys in activities related to case management and monitoring; • Assist with organizing documents, internal controls and other administrative routines within the legal department.

• Reading and interpreting court decisions, orders, and judicial notices; • Entering case progress updates into case management systems; • Negotiating settlements and handling administrative negotiations; • Managing the procedural calendar (hearings, expert examinations, deadlines); • Organizing evidentiary documentation (payment receipts, documents for procedural regularization, filings in the case file).
