• Supervise labor-related operations, ensuring activities are carried out by external partners and internal teams with a focus on quality, productivity and adherence to SLAs; • Manage the distribution, prioritization and tracking of requests, ensuring compliance with procedural and operational deadlines; • Monitor performance indicators, backlog and productivity daily, prepare management reports and propose action plans to mitigate risks; • Oversee and validate the execution of operational routines, ensuring adherence to procedures, quality standards and established workflows; • Serve as the focal point for relationships with partner law firms and internal departments, conducting alignments, follow-ups and necessary negotiations to ensure activity execution; • Identify opportunities for improvement, automation and standardization of processes, contributing to increased operational efficiency; • Conduct training sessions, alignment meetings and performance follow-ups, promoting the technical development of the team; • Support the implementation of new processes, projects and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the evolution of operations.

• Atuar na elaboração, revisão e negociação de contratos sob a perspectiva trabalhista, avaliando riscos jurídicos relacionados a terceirização, prestação de serviços, vínculo empregatício e demais relações de trabalho; • Prestar suporte consultivo às áreas internas, elaborar pareceres e instrumentos jurídicos, acompanhar alterações legislativas e jurisprudenciais e contribuir para a padronização e mitigação de riscos nos modelos contratuais da organização; • Analisar aditivos contratuais, termos de confidencialidade, acordos de compensação, banco de horas, teletrabalho, trabalho híbrido e outros instrumentos relacionados às relações de trabalho.

• Practice in labor law across all procedural stages; • Preparation of enforcement documents (such as objections to calculations, execution objections, interlocutory appeals, review appeals, writs of mandamus, among others); • Reviewing court publications, minutes, and scheduling deadlines; • Monitoring case progress and entering information into internal/client systems; • Preparing for hearings, requesting documents and supporting evidence, requesting payments, and managing deadlines; • Attending and conducting hearings.

• Drafting complaints, answers, motions, appeals and legal memoranda in moderately complex matters; • Attending hearings and delivering oral arguments; • Developing litigation strategies, identifying risks, opportunities and legal solutions for complex cases; • Analyzing and interpreting contracts, preferably commercial/corporate contracts; • Updating and managing legal systems (LegalBox); • Excellent legal writing and the ability to produce technically robust documents with strong legal reasoning; • Organized with excellent management of multiple concurrent matters; • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in reviewing documents and information; • Management of court deadlines and, in particular, administrative deadlines, ensuring compliance with SLAs and internal requirements.

• Be responsible for the entire end-to-end lifecycle of Artificial Intelligence solutions, from design and architecture to validation, deployment and availability for consumption via APIs, ensuring scalability, stability and high performance; • Develop, evaluate and optimize Machine Learning models and Generative AI applications, ensuring the technical quality of solutions and their alignment with business needs; • Continuously analyze the trade-off between computational cost and solution performance, considering factors such as token consumption, inference time, infrastructure usage and return on investment (ROI), and propose alternatives that maximize efficiency and value for the organization; • Implement governance, security and reliability mechanisms for AI applications, using strategies such as guardrails, response validation, quality monitoring and context-anchoring techniques, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to ensure accurate, safe and business-aligned responses; • Develop and maintain data pipelines and inference flows in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring integration, observability and continuous monitoring of models in production; • Document architectures, models, experiments and processes to promote traceability, reproducibility and adherence to data and AI governance practices; • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI application, translating complex challenges into scalable, high-impact analytical solutions; • Stay up to date with the evolution of technologies, frameworks and best practices related to Data Science, Machine Learning and Generative AI, proposing innovations that add value to the business.

• Practice in labor law across all stages of litigation; • Drafting defenses, appeals and other procedural pleadings inherent to legal practice (such as: Recurso Ordinário [Ordinary Appeal], Recurso de Revista [Appeal to the Superior Labor Court], objections to calculations, Embargos à Execução [Objections to Enforcement], Agravo de Petição [Interlocutory Appeal], Mandado de Segurança [Writ of Mandamus], among others); • Monitoring case progress and entering information into internal/client systems; • Reviewing hearing schedules, conducting hearing preparation meetings, requesting documents and supporting materials, requesting payments, and managing deadlines; • Attending hearings and delivering oral arguments; • Ability to develop litigation strategies and analyze information and documents for case management; • Critical ability to read judgments and rulings and prepare appeals; • Mediation skills.
