Legal Analyst – Exclusive to Candidates with Disabilities (PCD)

• Register, update and monitor cases in the firm's internal systems, ensuring data integrity and organized records; • Close cases and update the corresponding case records; • Request and follow up on payment of court and appeal fees, observing deadlines and internal procedures; • Assist in drafting settlement proposals and support negotiations, contributing to the strategic resolution of matters; • Draft petitions and other low-complexity legal documents under the supervision of the legal team; • Provide support to attorneys in activities related to case management and monitoring; • Assist with organizing documents, internal controls and other administrative routines within the legal department.
Job Requirements
- Law degree (completed or in progress) — no Bar registration required (without OAB);
- Experience or familiarity with administrative tasks;
- Ability to enter and update information in legal and administrative systems;
- Familiarity with searching case records on court websites;
- Basic knowledge of Excel;
- Ability to work with legal case management/tracking systems;
- Proactive;
- Committed;
- Comfortable asking questions (not afraid or embarrassed to clarify doubts);
- Able to work quickly and efficiently (agile);
