Role Description Hair Shunnarah is looking for an all-star property casualty litigator to assist with our vibrant and growing practice. Qualifications - At least one year of civil litigation experience, preferably in property casualty. - Experience managing cases in state and federal courts. - Experience managing discovery. - Experience taking/defending depositions. - Experience writing petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs. - Must be admitted to practice in the State of North Carolina.
