• Building and managing commercial loan relationships within the Sponsor industry • Generating new business development and relationships that will produce revenue from companies, sponsors, and the like • Orchestrating a team approach to managing relationships • Managing a commercial loan portfolio ensuring highest loan quality with minimal risk • Pro-active monitoring of the credit quality of the portfolio • Maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines • Performing special projects and additional duties as required
Job Requirements
- High School or equivalent
- Undergraduate Degree in business, finance or related field, preferred
- 10+ Years of experience as a Relationship Manager
- Experience specific to sponsor finance, required
- 5+ years of experience with commercial lending credit
- Advanced knowledge of commercial lending credit, underwriting and loan structuring skills
- Advanced analytical skills to understand financial and cash flow analyses
- Advanced negotiation skills in addition to excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including; Word and Excel
- Some travel may be required.
