• Field sales – regular on-site visits and telephone support for the existing customer base • Price calculations for demand and costing inquiries and preparation of quotations • Clarification of availability for requested products • Administrative processing of inquiries and projects • Follow-up on demand inquiries / project tracking • Review of order confirmations to ensure agreed prices/price adherence • Annual contract negotiations and administrative processing of contracts • New customer acquisition and related tasks • Technical and commercial acquisition of construction projects • Handling of customer complaints • Coordination of marketing measures for these customer groups (in cooperation with the regional technical manager) and the marketing department
Job Requirements
- Technical degree and/or vocational training (especially in civil engineering/construction)
- Several years of sales experience in a similar industry preferred
- Knowledge of the industry or related sectors: plastics, construction trade, insulation materials
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Willingness to travel; driving licence (category B/car) required
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Communicative, goal-oriented, independent, reliable, and quick to grasp new concepts
