Role Description The Carrier & Facility Reporting Manager is a highly visible leadership role within CRC Group’s Risk Solutions team, responsible for the accurate, consistent, and timely delivery of carrier and facility-level reporting across CRC’s proprietary capacity vehicles and external capital partner relationships. This role leads a team of Operations Analysts and serves as the functional reporting lead across a growing set of Risk Solutions initiatives. - Lead the collection, review, and delivery of carrier and facility-level reporting, including monthly bordereaux, quarterly transaction reporting, and treaty performance statements across the Risk Solutions portfolio. - Serve as the primary operational contact for carrier reporting partners across Risk Solutions facilities, coordinating timely submissions, resolving questions, and maintaining strong working relationships. - Oversee reconciliation activities between carrier-reported data and CRC source systems including AIM, EPIC, and Omega; identify discrepancies and drive timely, practical resolution. - Lead the modernization of reporting operations, transitioning manual and spreadsheet-based processes into automated, scalable workflows within the Cornerstone/Starwind EDW architecture. - Partner with data engineering teams to define ingestion requirements, establish data quality standards, and build reconciliation logic for carrier bordereaux, system-generated reports, and claims TPA reporting. - Drive execution of the Centralize Carrier Reporting workstream within the Cornerstone data initiative, ensuring all carrier report types are fully integrated into the Cornerstone ingestion pipeline. - Support Power BI dashboard development by ensuring underlying data is complete, well-structured, and consistently reconciled for reporting use. - Produce and enhance reporting packages for external capital partners, including investors and capacity carriers, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery. - Own the Quarterly Transaction Report process under the Cornerstone Capacity Agreement, coordinating with the reinsurance broker on aggregate reporting obligations and ensuring fee calculation inputs are correct and auditable. - Partner with the treaty documentation function to ensure carrier and facility reporting is tied to an accurate, up-to-date treaty register. - Maintain a complete, auditable record of participation percentages, premium caps, treaty periods, and reporting obligations across all active vehicles and carrier relationships. - Support the Power Apps/Dataverse treaty management implementation by defining reporting-layer requirements and data linkages to the Cornerstone EDW. - Develop and maintain a suite of management information outputs covering GWP flows, capacity utilization, loss ratios, and profit commission tracking across all facilities, structured for both internal and external stakeholder audiences. - Provide the Operations and Actuarial teams with clean, reconciled data sets to support CAT modeling, pricing, and reserve analyses. - Define and enforce data quality standards and reporting KPIs across the platform, creating visibility into reporting timeliness, error rates, and reconciliation exceptions. - Lead, coach, and develop a team of Operations Analysts; define team roles, workflows, and accountability structures as the platform scales. - Serve as the escalation point within the reporting function for data quality issues, carrier disputes, and deadline-critical deliverables. - Partner with the Head of Risk Solutions Operations & Strategic Planning to identify resourcing gaps and support future hiring decisions within the function. Qualifications - 5-7 years of experience in insurance operations, reinsurance reporting, MGA administration, or a related financial operations environment within specialty insurance or reinsurance. - Deep expertise in bordereau management, treaty reporting, and carrier accounting processes across quota share, binding authority, and follow facility structures. - Hands-on experience with data reconciliation, EDW environments, and BI tooling; Databricks and Power BI experience strongly preferred. - Experience leading or mentoring a team, with the ability to support analyst development, provide oversight, and design effective day-to-day workflows. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive modernization efforts while keeping core reporting operations running smoothly. - Highly detail-oriented and comfortable working in a build environment where processes are still being shaped and refined. - Working knowledge of Lloyd’s reporting conventions and/or ILS operational requirements preferred. - Familiarity with AIM, EPIC, Omega, or comparable insurance operating systems preferred.
