Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer with strong experience in ASP.NET (Framework & Core), C#, SQL Server, and modern web front‑end technologies. The role involves working in a mature, mission‑critical codebase while contributing to a long‑term modernization roadmap (security remediation, dependency upgrades, and migration toward modern .NET). Responsibilities - Maintain and enhance UIs built with jQuery, Kendo UI, Bootstrap, and lead upgrades (jQuery → 3.7, Bootstrap 3 → 5, Kendo UI updates, and gradual migration to Angular + TypeScript). - Build responsive, accessible interfaces (WCAG 2.1 AA). - Develop backend services across multiple .NET layers; build/consume REST APIs in ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core. - Write clean, maintainable C# following SOLID and clean architecture; refactor legacy code safely. - Implement automated tests (xUnit / NUnit) and maintain strong regression coverage. - Work with Entity Framework, ADO.NET, and design efficient SQL Server schemas, queries, and stored procedures. - Support integrations (QuickBooks, Magick.NET, log4net, JWT auth, XML signing, BouncyCastle, WebDAV). - Drive security and dependency remediation (SCA scans, CVE triage, package upgrades). - Contribute to the .NET Framework → .NET 8/10+ migration. Qualifications - 5+ years building production .NET applications — strong command of C# and the .NET ecosystem (Framework & Core). - Hands-on experience with ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core Web API and designing RESTful services. - Solid experience with SQL Server — schema design, T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing, and query optimization. - Proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript with hands-on experience in jQuery-based applications and component libraries such as Kendo UI and Bootstrap. - Experience or strong interest in modern UI frameworks (Angular preferred). - Strong understanding of SOLID, clean architecture, separation of concerns, and dependency injection. - Experience with automated testing frameworks (xUnit / NUnit / MSTest; Jest or Jasmine on the front end). - Familiarity with secure coding practices and OWASP Top 10; ability to triage and remediate CVEs from SCA tools. - Comfortable working in a long-lived codebase using legacy patterns (packages.config, Web Forms, jQuery) while incrementally modernizing. - Experience with Git, pull-request review workflows, and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong problem-solving skills, debugging discipline, and ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication — able to document decisions and explain technical trade-offs to non-engineers.

• Ship complete features: design data models, build APIs, implement UI, and write tests • Build AI-powered tools for cultural analysis, document processing, and content localization • Integrate with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) and observability tools like Langfuse • Help redesign existing tools into a unified chat interface with tool-calling capabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable solutions focusing on frontend experiences. • Collaborate closely with product owners and other stakeholders to deliver robust and reliable software. • Take ownership of full projects from beginning to end.

• Architect the data layer and infrastructure for complex web applications • Conduct technical audits and define the 'Software Bill of Materials' • Lead CMS replatforming and migrations • Design and maintain robust REST and GraphQL services • Collaborate with DevOps to manage CI/CD pipelines

• Oversee revenue generation from start to finish — from initial conversation to closed-won deal to account expansion. • Consistently meet and exceed assigned revenue targets and quotas, operating with a performance-driven, results-first mindset. • Own the sales cycle: discovery and qualification, introduction calls, technical demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing procedures. • Capable of running high-quality technical and tailored product demos of all products that connect CMS, performance, and SEO capabilities and services to real business outcomes. • Build and take full accountability for pipeline creation through targeted outbound prospecting aligned with ICPs and assigned segments. • Actively prospect within your own B2B network (media, digital, SaaS, content, enterprise marketing, publishers, brands, agencies, etc.). • Partner with the Account Development Representative (ADR) and Marketing teams to convert inbound and qualified leads into pipeline and revenue. • Partner with the Implementation, Customer Success, Internal Agency, and Technology teams to ensure accurate deal scoping and a fast, seamless implementation aligned with customer expectations. • Sell to multiple stakeholders (CMOs, digital, CTOs, engineering, SEO, product, procurement, revenue leaders, editorial leaders, etc.).

• Lead the quality assurance of your development team. • Work on an agile team collaborating with product owners, business analysts, and developers. • Own the creation and automation of front and back-end test cases. • Provide feedback on features and record bugs.

• Take ownership of software projects from scoping to release • Work closely with product teammates to plan work; guide conversations about scope and size • Design efficient, reliable and scalable solutions • Build software using Elixir, React and associated technologies • Help define work for and mentor more junior team members • Give accurate updates on the progress of work • Lead collaboration with engineering and QA teammates to deliver quality software in a timely manner • Research and solve complex customer issues • Keep up-to-date with and lead conversation around industry best practices for design, development, unit testing and other aspects of software engineering.

• Provide light support to Salesforce users, addressing occasional questions and requests. • Work closely with the sales team to design and build an easy-to-use, efficient tool using Salesforce as the core platform. • Manage and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems as needed. • Set up and maintain a modern Salesforce development lifecycle based on source-driven development (version control, CI/CD, structured releases). • Develop custom UIs and features to improve the usability and efficiency of sales processes. • Support data management efforts to ensure clean, well-structured, and scalable data models. • Ensure data security and follow Salesforce best practices across the platform.
