Requirements - 2–3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Analysis, or Accounting. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. - Experience preparing financial reports, forecasts, and business analysis. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Experience using QuickBooks Online. - Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Nice-to-Have - Experience supporting multi-location or multi-entity businesses. - Experience with budgeting and cash flow forecasting. - Familiarity with CRM reporting and business performance analysis. - CPA or other accounting/finance certification is a plus.
