Environmental Health and Safety Program Manager

• Coordinate EHS program activities and support execution of key initiatives across the Supply Chain network. • Partner with EHS, Operations, Asset Protection, Fulfillment, Distribution, Delivery Operations, and Risk Management teams to identify operational needs and support program implementation. • Collaborate with senior EHS leadership to develop and execute scalable program rollout strategies across multiple sites. • Monitor project milestones, timelines, and implementation progress while identifying risks, barriers, and opportunities for improvement. • Communicate program performance, updates, and action plans to stakeholders and business leaders. • Support compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable state and local regulations through program administration and continuous monitoring. • Coordinate OSHA recordkeeping activities, including review of OSHA 300 logs and reporting processes. • Assist with safety audits, compliance reviews, corrective actions, and follow-up activities. • Analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that support safety performance and environmental improvements. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports that provide visibility into program effectiveness and execution progress. • Support evaluation, implementation, and adoption of EHS tools, dashboards, workflows, and reporting solutions. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and safety outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of EHS experience within a multi-site distribution, operations, or supply chain environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and applicable federal and state EHS regulations.
  • Experience implementing or supporting EHS programs across multiple locations.
  • Experience coordinating projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives and drive results.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting incident investigations, corrective actions, and problem resolution.
  • Experience utilizing reports, dashboards, metrics, or analytics to monitor performance and support decision-making.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Role Description The Revenue Journey Office (RJO) is part of Global Revenue Operations. Role Description The Program Controller participates in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting on multiple projects of varying contract type, size, complexity, and level of risk.
