Role Description Wir suchen eine strukturierte, technisch affine Person, die unsere Kundenprojekte eigenständig verantwortet und uns die agenturbezogene Umsetzung nach und nach vollständig abnimmt. - Gesamtverantwortung für die operative Betreuung und das technische Fulfillment aller Kundenprojekte (Blue Digital) - Eigenständige Durchführung technischer Onboardings per Videocall — Einrichtung WhatsApp-basierter SuperChat-Accounts inklusive Meta-Verifizierung - Einrichtung, Kontrolle und Optimierung der WhatsApp-/SuperChat-Setups (Accounts, Verifizierung, WABA) - Verantwortung für den WhatsApp-Newsletter-Versand inklusive Terminierung, Empfängerlisten und Fehlerbehandlung - Sichtung, Qualitätskontrolle und Wartung der Smartphone-Seiten vor Live-Schaltung und bei Änderungen - Zentrale technische Ansprechperson für Kunden über die WhatsApp-Gruppen und per E-Mail, eigenständige Bearbeitung und Lösung eingehender Anfragen und Probleme - Kontrolle von Marketingmaterialien auf Rechtschreibung und Einhaltung der Design-Vorgaben - Kleinere Aufgaben im Blue Hub (u. a. Coupondarstellung) - Koordination, Priorisierung und Nachverfolgung aller Aufgaben, Timelines und Deadlines in ClickUp inklusive sauberer Dokumentation von Terminen und Absprachen - Proaktive Kundenkommunikation bei Rückfragen, Verzögerungen oder fehlenden Informationen - Umsetzung und Koordination von Sonderprojekten (z. B.
