• Ensure all members of a project team work collaboratively and individually to create the customer deliverables to meet the customer expectations and success criteria • Full project life cycle ownership: Successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Developing and managing all aspects of projects including planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues. • Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders. • Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings, and customer meetings. • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership. • Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables. • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- 2-5 years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects, PMP is a benefit
- 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
- Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.

Role Description We are seeking an Associate to support and coordinate cloud migration, modernization, and transformation initiatives across North America. This role provides an opportunity to grow into a fully independent project manager while contributing to project planning, execution, and delivery in partnership with clients, internal technical teams, and global stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings foundational project management experience, strong coordination skills, and a desire to develop deeper cloud and technical program expertise.
